The bedrooms are in the lower level, which means that they re quite humid and dark in the cold months. The beds are not very comfortable either. Our stay was also impacted by a 12hr water supply stoppage which has to do with the wider island's water supply issues.

Hospitality from main keeper and communication with host was great. The apartment is located in convenient distance from town while also in a quiet street. The apartment is fully furnished and is fully functional. All in all what we needed and for a very reasonable price.

Everything was ok

Close to the port, the beach and lots restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was very good and we were able to leave our bags having arrived very early to the house.

The shower door was broken so I could not get it to close properly. Also, they did not include a reminder about putting toilet paper in trash…

The properly felt like a home away from home:) only one bed in the house was comfortable, the rest of them were very hard. I chose the room with the softest bed bc I have back problems.

Everything was super ! Very clean house , the person who were talking with were really great. The house has anything you need in order to stay more than 1 night. We will surely come again and we hope to stay more ! Thank you Giouli and Ioanna for everything!

The bedrooms were in a basement type area but still had windows, prefer more light personally but the space was still very large and plenty of room for storage.

Such a spacious and relaxing accommodation! PERFECT, quiet & practical place for a family to stay and included a washer (big plus). The location was nice as well, we could easily walk dowm into town to the port area in less than 10 minutes! Would stay again!

Was not that clean generally, everything have used look, especially towels, blankets, sink in the bath was really dirty. Jaccuzi-like bath was non-functional (only one jet out of 6 works), toilet down stairs was broken and cut from water supply. Warm water comes from the electric heater... heater needed an hour to warm the water up so that the bath and shower could be used. The personal constantly switched it off and insisted we do the same every 20 minutes. Internet ceased to work last day... And was non-repairable. There is no dish washer in the kitchen. The bedrooms are in the basement, dark and high humidity. This we didn't get from the booking announcement. Blanket and the bed didn't look clean. My wife discovered some traces of blood on the very old looking blanket. A fridge contained 3 big bottles of water almost full, but all three bottles were opened. Beds are hard. So, it is a challenge to sleep on them. I had to put some blankets to have some usual comfort. But for kids it was OK. They slept. As we were leaving, the cleaning lady pointed to the dirt we left under the table (she expected us to clean it up I guess). Ye, generally we expect more from an appartment rated 'very good'...

Location is a bit aside, but very silent and nice. A lot of kitchen stuff, but we didn't use the kitchen for cooking. It was a washing machine and some washing powder.

The directions was only meant for cars since there were plenty of roads that we couldn't enter and so we were lost when trying to find the place. The kitchen items were about messy, the ref was not cleaned out of leftovers from previous occupants. The decors were about eccentric and made us uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, very prompt to answer even though we arrived late. In general the place was ok, and spacious

Cleaning. Especially the bathroom on the lower floor looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. This has been noted in a few.more reviews, while.others have been exceptional, so I guess this has been an overlook, bit still.

The house is really beatifully made, with nice furniture, a lot of kitchen equipment and air-condition in all rooms. Really close to the centre and where all shops and restaurants are.

Very nice place, centrally located in Aegina Town in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has a very good proximity to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. The maisonette sits in 2 levels and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. We stayed for 1 night during a 2 days trip in the island, but we were wishing to have more days to spend there. Mrs Kiki was very polite and extremely helpful and Ioanna the owner and her assistant Giorgios were always available to answer any queries prior to our arrival. Thank you all very much for a nice stay, we are looking forward to the next time!!
