My only regret is not staying longer!

The property is beautiful & well maintained. We loved our private pool, our room was spotless, and the location is perfect for relaxing by the beach & exploring great restaurants. Sissy was so accommodating, she really went above and beyond. Not only did she provide great recommendations for dining & places to explore, but also assisted in a few other requests we had. Breakfast was delicious & on time every morning. Oh what I would do to have that kind of treatment every day of my normal life at home!

It was tough to get good wifi signal in the separate room, but honestly after enjoying the whole day, there’s ni need to even use wifi. :-)

We liked all about the property. Great location with the beach right across the street. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The hotel manager, Sissy, was amazing. So helpful with booking transportation for us, booking a last minute restaurant in Oia and even going to the pharmacy for us one morning. Nicolas, the bartender was also wonderful. They both answered to our needs and offered us their Black Rose wine. Absolutely recommend this place!

A Dreamy Santorini Retreat at Black Rose Beach Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Black Rose Beach Stay in Santorini was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the scrumptious breakfast spread. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, setting the perfect tone for our days of exploration. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority here, and it showed in every corner of the property. The attention to detail was impressive, making us feel right at home. Sissy, our gracious host, was an absolute gem. Her recommendations for local gems, from must-visit sights to charming eateries, were spot on. She went above and beyond, even helping us secure taxis at reasonable rates. And when it came to our little one, every request was met with a smile. Sissy's kindness extended beyond our stay, leaving us truly touched. The fridge was a bit noisy, especially during the night it can be annoying.

We enjoyed every moment in the Black Rose Suites. The location is excellent; the atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast very good. You can alternate jumping into the sea or jumping into the swimming pool since there are both a few metres away. Lots of options for lunch/dinner in local restaurants and bars along the beach. Excellent for using it as a "base" for exploring the island.

Absolutely amazing stay! Incredible property only steps away from Perissa / Perivolos beach. CC and her team are top notch and cater to your every need - arranging transfers, car / scooter rentals and recommending the best spots to visit and restaurants. The villas are spacious and elegant with large private pools in additional to the huge main pool on the beach. The included breakfasts were some of the best we had in Greece with Manolis serving them with a big smile every morning. Nikos the bartender was lovely - serving up delicious and unique cocktails. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This venue was an amazing experience. The suites have their own pool or you can use the main pool or beach (5m across the road). Each morning they served a delicious breakfast, help with recommendations for beaches or places to eat. The staff are all absolutely amazing, Cissy and the team are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is pristine. It’s one of the best experiences I have ever had.

That we had to leave....

We are very experienced travelers, and have traveled extensively through the years, and we have decided that this place exceeds all other places we have EVER been to. Sissy, the director of the Black Rose Suites, is a shining personality who has apparently decided that the comfort and enjoyable stay of her guests is the most important aim in her work, and thus there was not ONE thing that we asked or requested that was not answered and fulfilled. Everything was 10+. The room was very large and comfortable, the bed was terrific, the shower strong as we like it, and the breakfast that was served to our room was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! no less. If you are looking for a very relaxed stay, with a semi Olympic size pool, 100 yards from the Aegean sea with lovely sand, then this is the place. There are only 7 suites, most all of them with a private pool or a rooftop Jacuzzi (very intimate and quiet.) then this is the place. We LOVED our 5 days stay! and we miss Sissy terribly. Regards to Nicolas and to all the wonderful workers.

This was a very special place to relax! I broke my leg during this trip and Sissy was so kind to accomondate us with a different room with a bath tub. Our entire stay was simply wonderful...from the amazing fresh breakfast at the room every morning, to the wonderful staff, and the closeness to the beach with private beds. We will definitely be back!!!

In such an amazing location, a beautiful property with well kept garden and facilities with dedicated daybeds and umbrellas on the beach only 50 meters away. Our room and private pool were 10 times better then the images shown online, super comfy bed and pillows, great wifi and aircon. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the manager Sissy went above and beyond to assist with anything that was needed. Delicious breakfast and cocktails, a very memorable stay and will be back to stay again for certain. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

The private area can be more defined and cleverly blocked out from the front without blocking the beach view. Passers by love the look of the place so much, some walked up to our pool and asked how much we paid for it. It might need a gate at the car park and a gate to the rooms to be more private to stop people walking up to the rooms. Area between rooms / terraces can be more defined so we don’t invade each other space.

Love all the staff! They are all so friendly, helpful and still discreet, it feels very exclusive to stay there. Love private pool and private terrace. Love yummy breakfast on private terrace! Private pool is big and depth is perfect, & it also has jacuzzi! Love well kept private sun loungers on the beach, which looks like someone sweep the sand near the sun loungers which shows attention to details. love complementary mini bar and complementary cocktails at the bar, which is for hotel guests only. Love complementary transfer which made our life so much easier! Love powerful air conditioning! Love the garden around the houses, there are many lovely plants even there are olive trees and pomegranate trees! The plants provide lovely backdrop and also block the view from passer-by. Love the bar not open to the public any more, so it’s quiet and exclusive using the pool and terrace. Thank you very much to Sissy, Chris, Martin, Mona, chef and all the staff who made our experience staying at Black Rose super amazing! We’d love to go back next time!

I dont think there was anything worth mentioning.

The place is so tranquillent, romantic and works well for those seeking for privacy, at the same time enjoying all the facilities in the arm's length. We especially loved the private pool, vicinity to the beach & restaurants, hospitality of staff. Selection for breakfast should satisfy any picky eater. This is indeed a true value for money.

Everything was amazing - from the private pool, to the nicely organized room and the delicious customizable breakfast served outside at the hour of our choice. A great thank you to Sissy who made sure we enjoyed our holiday to the fullest - as well to Chris who prepared the best cocktails to be enjoyed by the pool! There are also numerous restaurants around and you can find the best fresh fish and seafood. We will definitely return:)

For the price we did not expect young children to be there. It wasn’t a problem for us but we would have expected it to be child-free.

Gorgeous villa all with private pools. Delicious and varied breakfast, very friendly staff and Sissy was great with recommendations of where to eat locally and trips/boat trips. Great location right on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby.

This is the most beautiful location we have ever been! Sissy is such a caring host and heartwarming person and all of her staff is really sweet! Very clean, amazing location in between Perissa and Perivolos, very clean private area at the beach (most beautiful sea i've ever been), delicious and organic breakfast, huge rooms... everything was perfect. We are definitely coming back next year!
