the bed is small and a bit curved which gave me back pain. The floor can be quite slippery, my wife fell in the toilet. the restaurant/bar could be better as you basically depend on the external places to eat.

The location is great, the staff is great, and the views are stunning.. breakfast is awesome. if you are looking for a quiet and wonderful place, that's the one.

A few days ago, I stayed at this hotel, which has incredible views, but in addition to that, the service from the staff is top-notch! During my stay, they attended to all our requests, from getting us taxis for transportation, laundry services, and arranging tours. I especially want to recognize the service of Adriani, who helped me send a jacket I had forgotten at this hotel from one island to another; she managed the entire shipment. I couldn't be happier with the experience and service! I will come back for sure!!

We had the honeymoon suite which was the perfect choice. The hotel has an outstanding location that is extremely private and quiet, barely no neighbours and definitely no cars. The room was quite unique and well worth the cost. We also loved the al a carte breakfast served at the terrace or in the room.

The only down sides during my experience were: 1) The route from the main road to the hotel lobby is quite steep and treacherous when the neighbours clean and there is water running down the steep and narrow steps. Definitely for the physically fit/those with sturdy ankles!! 2) Santorini is an island that is as famous for this caldera as it is for its many cats! However, apparently due to guest complaints, the hotel does not tend to the cats that frequent the area. As a result, we found one cat that looked very malnourished and unwell. I asked if they take care of them and we were told that they don't want to encourage the cats to loiter as some guests are afraid of them. I think it is common sense that if you come to Santorini you should expect to see cats everywhere, that is their home. I would hope that everyone, locals and visitors alike, take care of stay animals especially in the scorching summer months (or at the very least spay and neuter them if they don't want the cat population to keep expanding)!

Ariadni at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our change of plans. The location and views are absolutely incredible! + the breakfast was delicious and all in all we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

We came for our honeymoon and we loved it. The view from our balcony was amazing and the room itself was clean and has that Santorini style and charm we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and with all the stairs, they have people carry your bags which was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfasts were fantastic and had a great variety. You even get to order what you want the night before and they make it for you in the morning and bring it to your room or balcony. On our last day we had to leave for the airport at 4:30AM and without us even asking, the night before they provided us with a breakfast basket since they knew we wouldn’t be able to get it in the morning. That was a special touch that we really appreciated. You’ll get exactly what you want here. A beautiful view, a clean room, good food and helpful staff.

We went at the beginning of April which was low season and so the room cost was lower than normal, however to be aware most places were closed with limited eating choices locally and the hotel itself was busy with workmen doing standard upkeep and maintenance everywhere including the communal areas of the resort. The room itself didn't have the usual amenities you would expect of a luxury hotel e.g. bathroom amenities, kettle with tea options, milk, etc but it did have a Nespresso machine and handful of drinks in the minibar. Ironing facilities were available via reception. The layout of the resort is also unusual in that our bedroom went onto the patio/ outdoor pool area of another room and we had to walk out and to the right to get to our table/ relaxing area which was in itself in front of the doorway to yet another room. Even in low season this did prove slightly awkward for the people going in and out of that room as we were eating/ sunbathing/ relaxing right outside their bedroom. Also to be aware we booked a private cave pool room with caldera sunset views, however the pool itself is very hidden away by the doorway to the bedroom and actually doesn't have caldera or sunset views itself. This is nice if you are looking for a private pool area but if you want to sit in the pool watching the sunset be sure to book an outdoor hot tub option. The water in the hot tubs were also not very warm, I am sure isn't a problem in the summer months however!

Great location and views over the Caldera and sunset were exceptional, much better than in Oia! The breakfast was yummy with lots of choice, good location centrally and beautiful classic looking white washed appearance that Santorini is famous for. We were treated to a welcome wine and nibbles which was a lovely surprise.

Santorini is generally expensive, especially for an incredible view like we had here. Cocoon Suites was definitely worth it for a few nights though just for the experience!

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this place is. This place is so perfect for rest and recuperation. The staff are wonderful - very helpful, excellent attention to details, and absolutely professional. The place has a perfect view of the caldera and the sunset. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Don’t miss out the rooms with private jacuzzi. Watching the sunset in a jacuzzi is a special experience. For a group or family, their large room with 2 rooms is perfect. It comes with a kitchen and a spacious living room.

I have absolute no idea .... this is a cave and they made it to a palace. the one thing I would love is USA plugs in the room. I loved my view and I truly loved how easy it was ordering room service. I loved my enormous breakfast I do wish they had Splenda

Ariadni welcomed us with a huge smile and literally made this trip amazing ..... She arranged a car service to pick us up at the ferry. it is so cool to see your name written and then get into a Mercedes van and no drama. then we got there kinda early and she let us. check in early ! She made sure the wifi was working and the IPAD for ordering breakfast was explained and just amazing customer service. Also the staff JUMPED to help. ya and they carried our luggage to and from the street. We had dinner at the hotel and again outstanding .... Thank you Nick & George & George. Ariadni gave us great places to eat and really knew how to make our stay amazing
