The hotel is on the other side of the island of the well known Santorini touristic area, thus it is in a quite area and very nearby to some splendid beaches. We were by car so it was quite comfortable for us, just 20 mins drive to all location and very nearby to the airport and sea port.

seemed to be lots of teenagers in the pool splashing around every afternoon which put us off going. Female pool bar staff not v welcoming either. seemed like the family and friends took over the pool in the afternoons. Felt a bit odd for a business to be run this way. Not appreciated

the shower water smelt like sewerage leaving the bathroom to smell quite bad the whole time, as well as the tap water being salty for some reason. also the photos were relatively misleading for the room as we had higher hopes in our head from the images. still a great stay

the pool area was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. also quite close to the beach and good places for food/groceries

We had to book this hotel last minute as the air bnb we had booked was a disaster and we needed to find a new place quick. we were given the last room available which was dark, old and the bed was incredible uncomfortable.

the owners saw we were unhappy with the room and gave us a better room the next day as soon as it became available, much lighter, view of the sea. it felt like we were in a different hotel.

Great place and one of the best deals on the island. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, good rooms, comfy beds, great balcony. The location is a bit of a walk from the beach but that brings the price down. I recommend it.

Owner Yanni is a great guy true gentleman .Runs a real nice hotel w his Family..pool area is gorgeous. His hotel is like living in the old country of santorini.. Played wonderful old greek music for me while having drinks. Rooms are real quaint to very comfy. Treated to 2 goats grazing in the field in back of his hotel . Loved drinkn my coffee on patio n watching tem lol. Hotel is a true gem .

Small shower room and salty water.

We are please with service what we received and felt like at home. If I should return back then Holiday Beach Resort Would be my choice because room and hotel was organised, clean and bright inside and outside. Breakfast was so good that we couldn’t eat more till the late evening and It’s very good value for money. Thank You for your service, Holiday Beach Resort stuff! We had Best holidays here! They cooked delicious Greek salads! We asked for it almost every day!!!!

The water in the bathroom is salty and has a bad taste (like if it was from the sea). The bathtub is small and without curtains. The staff, despite being very kind and helpful, do not speak English very well.

The room was humble but very comfortable. Cleaned every day with new sheets. The pool and pool bar are amazing. Definitely, the gem of our stay there. The breakfast is very decent. Great value for money.

We wanted to contact the manager about extending our stay - it would not be probably possible but We had no response. Also shower corner is really tobě. But these are just small details.

Location is nice, close to the bus station and not far to the beach. Room was very clean, towels exchanged every day and also quite relaxing pool area. Absolutely fine for that price.

Room was not like the photos online. Description online not accurate. Basic room, with broken stuff eg door and light.Tiny shower cubicle with curtain that was too short. . Taxi service to port or airport approx 40 euros. Hotel not very helpful in trying to book shuttle service from port which was listed online as 5 euros.

The rooms are too small. Towels are hard and discolored. Shower curtains is sticky. Fridge in the room wouldn't close. The list can go on.

Room was nice and with cleaning service everyday. it was a nice holiday,great location and perfect woman(Dimitra) on reception .feeling bad during return journey . the sea view good. we are pleased to the owner and people (Ali) who work there . they...”Great (i guess) family run hotel that fullfilled our needs to the full”. i really like facility like rent scooter at hotel ,taxi from hotel at very good prices ... i want to visit again :)
