Unfriendly staff ( except for Theo, he is amazing and he deserves a pay raise). This accommodation would get a much higher review if the staff is trained to be friendlier.

The beds are mattresses on the floor or on a board of OSB, and they feel worn. The utilities while clean are rundown (eg in the kitchen the fridge has broken parts, in the bathrooms there are parts missing or the hardware needs to be fixed beacause it leaks). There is a Hookah Shisha bar right in front of the hostel and they played loud music till very late. I booked for a shared 4 people room, I ended up in a room with 3 single beds and 2 big size beds. Not cool

The place is a 3 min walk from metro station, the staff was really cordial, the breakfast was ok. The common areas are clean like the rest of the rooms. AC in perfect working conditions. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok.

Location wise is great, but it's in a busy area surrounded by bars so there is noise to quite late on, so glad I had my ear plugs. Communal area is not the biggest and with free breakfast the area is not big enough with all hostel guests trying to eat at the same time,

Beds were nice and spacious and love pricy curtain. Free breakfast, although a bit limited in choice, was a bonus, good location with metro station nearby direct to city center, Pireas port and airport and plenty of good nearby food places.

Thing I didn’t like is that I’m not sure if it’s the detergent they use on pillow cases but I developed an allergy rash on both of my checks

There was no proper cleaning of washroom. And it's right in the middle of city so there are clubs and bars around which play loud music at night. It was not an issue for me but for those it matters, it can be an issue

Location is perfect. Just by tram stop. Good value of money. Every facility is provided towel bedsheet lockers breakfast wifi mobile charging ports good environment.

The price could have been a little bit lower, taking into account that it is a hostel (a space where normally would have been for 2 twin rooms is used by 12 people) and that it's Athens and not Helsinki for example. But of course that's my point of view.

Nice bunker beds. I got a feeling of privacy even if I was staying in a room with 11 more guests. Excellent location near the Keramikos metro station. The hostel was really cute. Shared bathroom was comfortable and fully equipped. I was even provided with a towel, free of charge!

However, the dorm room I stayed in this time wasn't as good as the previous ones! It was small & the distance between the 2 bunk beds was very narrow. So I much prefer the bigger ones, with a balcony where I can sunbathe 😄

Regular in this very well-located cozy hostel. I like it's lobby/reception area where I can sit for hours not getting bored! I will keep comin back:)

I'd like to note that my review reflects my personal experience, and while it's important for others to consider, it's subjective. I've stayed in many hostels where the reception staff are welcoming and provide useful city information. However, in this case, I found the communication awkward, and I didn't receive any helpful information. The bed was comfortable, but the room was consistently dark, and there was a sense of discomfort in making any noise during the day as it seemed everyone was asleep. While I appreciate the combined toilet and shower, having them inside the room led to a slight odor issue (which can be unfortunately normal to happen but just to let you know) Lastly, the storage space, essentially a hole in the floor, left my clothes smelling of mold. These are just my observations and may not be representative of everyone's experience. In general, for price that you pay you feel completely fine.

The hostel is located in a very good area. The tube station is only a 2-minute walk away (just 2 stops to the center) and you can comfortably walk to the Acropolis and the city center in about 15 minutes. I traveled by myself, and the area is filled with locals, so when you return at night, there are people around, making you feel safe. It's a nice area, but if you're in the center of Athens at late night, especially alone, I recommend taking a bus because the path can be empty and poorly illuminated, which might feel unsafe. I will come back as I like where it is if I compare where the others hostels and the areas, it is cheap and safe. The experience was in general very nice.

Very noisy at night/into early hours with many bars/clubs in the area...not for those who want to sleep. Also the hostel did not have many other guests in mid-March even though there were plenty of tourists in Athens.

Close to metro & only 1 stop to center with communal area offering plenty of comfy seating for the free but basic breakfast.

Had two different bedrooms and the second one was clearly just finished , which meant that many things were not really working fine , clean or smartly thought. Breakfast was available but didn't really present any decent options. The area where the hostel is placed is not that close to the touristic attractions and would say it feels a bit sketchy to go alone around . A bunch of nice bars around though

Everything was good and easy for me

I liked the how organized the hostel is…there is a huge place for breakfast and after breakfast you can seat there to drink coffee or tea and that is for free the whole day …also there is a roof at the top that you can use whenever you want …there is also a kitchen if you wanna cook something…in general everything was clean and the location is amazing is near to the most famous night clubs in Athens and also near to the metro station (3 mins walking

Slightly grimey everywhere. Some bathrooms don’t have hooks for towels/clothes. No shower wand holder sometimes. Breakfast is lacklustre
