This resort is excellent . Position is great, just few minutes far away from sea and bus stop. Staff was amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect! Great and perfectly cleaned. There were swimming pool everywhere perfectly cleaned. I just say it was an amazing experience!!!

overall facilities are a bit basic, insects in the room, considerable lack of storage, just one set of shelves in one room, another room had no cupboard, shelf or wardrobe. strength of wifi depends on location of the room

Breakfast had variety with good service. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, bars, mini-markets, beach and water sports all within close walking proximity. Local transport to Fira very accessible. All staff approachable, friendly and helpful.

this was the nicest place i have ever stayed!!! the staff are so friendly and the rooms are spotlessly cleaned everyday. the pools are perfect. breakfast every morning is amazing. loved this place so much i even stayed longer :)) the location is perfect and only 2 minutes walk from the famous back and the bus stop to Fira. You much stay here!

A disappointing experience at this hotel, dirty towels, the trash can and the refrigerator were rusty(!!) , the bathroom door could not be proper closed, the mirror and the sanitary items were not properly sanitized (wipe marks, lime deposits, the shower was rusty), the ants were merrily roaming around the whole room (in the first day i told to the receptioner this, he sent people but... Next day i filmed ants aand a bug. Just awful!) The most disappointing was the moment when I reported these irregularities to the hotel staff, I received as an answer that we paid for a "budget double or twin room" and that they ALREADY gave us and upgrade (short lived lie from them) . I told that is not true, that we had a budged with balcony and the greek manager said that the initial room was at ground floor, without balcony. After i showed them the booking and the details they stopped aaand here is another ugly moment, the manager offered to "upgrade our room", something that was not requested by us and started to accuse us. (we told them to give us a proper budged room like the one booked not a dirty and old one that we received, as a so called 4* hotel should have?!) So, the very ugly moment- the manager told us that we point out this shortcomings, the defects to receive a better room in the same money. Moreover, he said that we had done this before. It was unbelievable!!! The audacity of this person!! We tried to explain to him that a room of this type must be at least clean and sanitized, without rusted trashcan and fridge. (ps. They changed the trashbin with a basic plastic one similar with the reception hallway. Really 4* quAlity. The conclusion is that this hotel is not from any point of view a 4 stars hotel as it is cataloged, it rises to a maximum of 2 stars. P.S. I Leave some pictures to exemplify the above. So be advised when u book here.

Great place to be, 3mins from the beautiful black sand beach. Rooms are super clean… staff are very nice, at your service at all times and always smiling! Pools are clean and beautiful… again money well spent
