Too much walking the place is huge but that may be my problem, too many kids uncontrolled by their parents, there is only one heated pool which does have adults only time that was not being enforced.

The spa, the staff, the beach was actually sandy, lots of seating locations, lots of pools, the salt water pools was actually pretty nice.

The water from the outside pools were waaaay to cold. Even on days when the temperature was 25-30 degrees, it was not possible to get in the pools as the was was really freezing. This means you cannot use the aquapark on Lyttos Beach either as the water there is freezing cold too. We had to make use of the indoor pool which was very nice.

The food was truly great. There was a surprise every meal. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very polite.

One of the classic huge resort pain points: air conditioning was leaking and even though the repair guy came the next day after we reported this, it was still leaking. We didn't get the impression that the room service was providing us with shower gel / shampoo enough for 4 people (that's how many of us were in the room, 2 adults and 2 kids). Same with the glasses. Also the choice of deserts could have been a bit better, one had the impression that the same tart was just made in the form of 3-4 differently shaped sweets / cakes. But then again, this is just nitpicking, probably a bunch of people don't care about that at all. There was also a day in which the heated pool seemed not cleaned from the previous day at all - a bunch of hairs was just either floating or lying at the bottom of the pool.

Absolutely stunning resort. It's huge and there's a lot of amenities. Pools, bars, restaurants, gym, spa, kids playgrounds, waterpark (in the neighboring Lyttos Beach hotel). Really a lot of things to keep you entertained and to let you enjoy the summer and the sun. The hotel has a private beach which is pretty nice. The hotel staff was really really friendly and helpful. They all speak English and it was really a pleasure being around them. Evening entertainment was great, especially for the kids - they loved it.

The only 2 things that were bad were 2 a la carte restaurants - do not recommend to visit them. If Steak house was just not good, meaning that you order rare steak and get almost well done, then Asian restaurant was VERY BAD - me and my husband got stomach issues after visiting it, not mentioning that dishes were not tasty and fully spoiled by the amount of sauce.

Exceptional service: very nice and friendly staff, open bar with a wide choice of soft beverages and alcohol, delicious food. Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

One of the best hotel i have ever visited. Gorgeous buildings, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms with very big swimmingpool and nice Seaview with high quality service. It was very good quality of food and drinks with all included and the staff was very delightful and trying to make your vacation perfect.

Upon arrival, we were informed that no a la carte restaurant was included in our booking. It was reserved to guests staying at specific rooms or specific number of nights. That information was not in the hotel info so we felt misinformed by the online official info. Some suggestions that would enhance the experience: rooms were tidy and clean most of the time. The quality of cleaning was not superb some of the days of our stay. What would help: clean and dry flooring, upper bedlinen that covers the entire king size bed (and not just half). Arriving to a nice smelling room would make all the difference also. And very important: Air freshener and sanitising spray inside closets and drawers before check-in or between guests. Lastly, most of staff was great and welcoming but it's awful to feel that sometimes you're a nuisance to staff just for asking for another bottle of water or about something that you're supposed to know.

Amazing resort, clean, food was good and also the staff are really friendly. Special thanks to Demetrius who worked at the pool bar. Amazing guy and really made us feel welcome. We also got Upgraded to a suite with private pool which was nice. Definitely recommend it!
