All was OK.. no negative comments

The People.. Vaggelis, Tonya and Maria Elena were really kind with us . The check in time is from 8:00 but my ferry was delayed and Vaggelis (the hotel manager) woke up at 6am in order to help me with the check in and gave me very useful reccomendations to manage the situation. Excellent attitude!!

Some of the basement rooms are very dark as they have no windows so would avoid.

Hotel was new and clean. Everything you need. We had a kitchenette in our room and a nice balcony. Location is out the way and you need a car. Hotel gave us a room to have a shower and get changed in when we had to check out but our flight wasn't until late.

Hotel with friendly and always helpful staff, a mention of the reception in particular to Mirella who was very patient and nice! Spacious rooms with kitchenette with all cooking utensils, the cleanliness of the room is excellent, compliments to all the staff

It was just like in the photos, it was in a good place, with markets and coffe shops and everything, there were nice beaches around. But you need a car to go to places. In 15 min you were at the center of Mykonos. The blondie lady at the reception was soo nice and very helpful with everything, explaning us everything.

The location made it long to go places, there are buses though and if you have international driver's license you can rent a quad or a motorbike

Thebuilding was really beatiful and the facilities were all clean and nice, the neighberhood was quiet and there was a supermarket close along with some restaurants so it was comfortable and quiet, and really beatiful experience for mikonos <3

All people who are working there were genuinely kind and so helpful with everything! All spaces are nice and neat! Well located in Ano Mera - a peaceful charming village and great starting point to explore the island.

- Breakfast is very limited - especially if you are vegetarian - a few improvements like adding fresh fruits would help - Paying for cappuccino separately when advertising breakfast included does not give off a nice vibe - Would be nice to have some sun umbrellas as it does get very hot in summer months and there's no shade for most of the day around the pool

- Clean, new hotel - really liked the structure of the hotel - small pool to relax in the morning / afternoon after the beach - Nice wide rooms, comfortable double bed, great shower with hot water right away - Quiet at night - no problems sleeping there - Great wifi service - Nice welcoming staff giving tips for dinners - Great location for us as in the centre of the island - 15 mins by car from most beaches - Based in Ano Mera, a lovely small village with nice vibes and reasonable-priced restaurants - Plenty of parking space for cars / scooters

Cons: - to be honest there is no real cons. It’s a lovely place to stay. - if you want hot shower, you will have to wait a bit, like 2-3 mins before you will feel some warm water coming out of the shower - in the early morning you will get “free wake up call” as housekeeping team is having good time at 7am chatting and joking. It’s good they are having good time…. :-)

Pros: - staff is very friendly and helpful - everything looks like on the photos - wifi working, shower is great - there are few reviews complaining about breakfast. However for this hotel category you are getting what you are paying for. I can not say nothing wrong about breakfast tbh.

Really pretty and clean hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. About 20 minutes from old town/ the port, good parking on site for rentals. I would recommend this hotel however, if you’re there for partying, then I would recommend staying closer to old town.

The breakfast could have had more to offer but it was fine. Oh and maybe the open pool time could start earlier or close later because it was basically open during the time of visiting the beaches.

- The breakfast was kind of disappointing - They were not many varieties - We expected fresh fruits, croissants and Greek pastries like (spanakopita).

- Very clean property, 24h reception - It is obvious that the builds are new, no bad smell, no dirty walls, there is space for parking. - You MUST have a car if you are going to stay here

The breakfast is very poor, everyday the same and very little choice, also it includes only black filtered coffee, water and orange juice, it should at least include normal coffee and of course with milk at least. The staff was very nice except for the blond pregnant lady, one day we were waiting for our taxi for more than an hour to the point were the company wasnt answering any more and we were afraid we will lose our reservation at the beach club, we asked the receptionist to get us a driver, she called him and he should get to us in 15 min, but then they called us from our rtaxi compny that they are outside, that was within a minute of the receptionist booking us the taxi, we apologized and asked her to cancel the taxi because ours arrived and we want to be there as soon as possible not to lose reservation. She was not nice and told us the taxi driver changed the road didnt even want to call him to cancel, then sshe did it but the next day we asked to book a taxi to the airport she made sure to tell us she cancelled him yesterday, that she foesnet know becasuee yesterday he changed the road for us and we canceled etc. she was very tude and very unprofessional saying that to us again, we already apologized and it wasnt even our fault. At the end she booked us a taxi but she was really very rude.

Everything seems new, very clean and the staff helps with everything you need about transportation and everything else.

Breakfast could be improved. Price-quality ratio a bit high, even if I am aware that it was high season. Parking lots need to be organized in a better way. Scooter and bikes should have a designated and reduded area to park. Occasionally it was hard to find a parking space.
