The only suggestion for improvement is better separation of the utensils for vegan options from meat/dairy at breakfast.

Exceptional hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, and personalised service. Large room, with very comfy bed and great terrace area. Very good food and drinks! A very luxurious stay, I am already planning my next trip here!

I think the hotel bar and food is quite expensive, as there’s a section that is just for hotel guests, having this a little cheaper I think would benefit hotel guests. Especially as there is no cooking facilities in the room and only a little drinks fridge. I think if food and beverage was slightly cheaper, we would be eaten more in the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, the location was easy to get to and from. There were beach bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were the friendliest people in the world! And they genuinely want to help you!

Appreciate it's a 5 star but the cocktails are very expensive (more than some fancy hotel bars in central London!). If they were slightly better priced we may have indulged a bit more. The bathroom is tiny, which isn't super comfortable and we didn't look forward to our shower - but because everything else was so great we didn't care too much.

This hotel is amazing, the pics don't do it justice. The staff are so wonderful they really made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We got upgraded to a seaview room for my partner's birthday which was the cherry on top! Beach beds are included for hotel guests which makes a difference in Mykonos because they are expensive to rent for the day! Delicious breakfast with a view, really nice beach and the hotel is walking distance to a supermarket and few tavernas. We also got massages from Mike and Alex who are fabulous, both physiotherapists who knows exactly what they are doing! We had the best time here.

Spa was great but the guy asked could he spend more time on my back and I didn’t realise that would equate to double the price - only downside of the whole trip

The hotel is stunning, facilities are beautiful and the private beach is just amazing!! Expensive just bear that in mind

Early in our stay there were a couple of nights where the music from the restaurant was ear defeaning, blasted extremely loud. But later in our stay they turned it down. Generally, expect music everywhere - the gym, the lounge, the beach, often multiple speakers with different music coming from multiple directions

The staff, the views, the room, the breakfast. Everything felt almost excessively luxurious. It's a very pretty hotel with great style and very friendly staff. We got upgraded for our anniversary and we could not be happier.

Not much to say here as we enjoyed it so much. The only thing that could make it better would be a hot tub accessible for all guests.

We loved it all, but the private beach was our favorite. We spent a lot of time relaxing there and enjoying the food and drinks. Breakfast was also a highlight for us; we looked forward to it every morning. The spa was excellent as well, we had an amazing couple's massage for a very decent price.

My stay was incredible, the staff are amazing, the room is beautiful, everything clean and the service is beyond the expectations. I have stayed in a 5 stars hotel but this is 6 stars. I will come back next year at the same season.

The bathroom was too small with no hooks for the towels.

Honestly, everything. I had an amazing time at the hotel. Everyone is so friendly, the beach and the restaurant in front is really good. The breakfast is amazing. They have a spa, sauna and steamroom. I had a cabana right in front of my room with water available and service for food and drinks. I left before breakfast time and they prepared a box of food and a take away coffee for me to eat on the way to the airport. Many restaurants within walking distance and a short taxi ride to town.

My only complaint was that the TV max volume was too low for me. They set this purposely so as not to disturb other guests. Unfortunately, hearing is not my best sense:(

Great location on a gorgeous beach protected from the wind and crowds. The staff was wonderfully caring and went out of their way to make everything comfortable. We were lucky to get an upgraded suite; icing on the cake! And speaking g of cake, breakfast was wonderful too:)

Very lucky to get a room upgrade to a room which opens up directly on to the beach. Staff were very attentive and friendly! Room was immaculate and cosy! Room service was twice a day! Hotel also close to shops and restaurants and only 30 mins walk to Mykonos old town.

We were unaware that it was end of season . Many restaurants closed and lack of variety provided by restaurants was average. Quality of cuisine - average. Wasn’t a “Greek” experience good mainlytouristy.

Nothing at all. Honestly couldn't have been a more perfect stay.

The location is amazing. I also don't think I have ever had a balcony with such an amazing view. I actually wanted to spend loads of time just sitting out there. The staff were top notch as well, always making sure we were accommodated for.
