- The staff were excellent, in particular yorgos on reception, christos on the bar and the gentleman who serves breakfast - he was very helpful with bookings outside of the hotel. - the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy - the facilities including the pool and gym were immaculate - the breakfast was delicious and well presented - the shuttle bus was really appreciated and convenient - the driver of the shuttle was lovely - the general ambiance of the hotel was relaxing

Enigma Hideaway Suites exceeded every expectation. Having stayed at some incredible 5* boutique hotels and resorts in Mykonos, my hopes were high but it was better than we could have imagined. Every single detail was well thought of and the staff are all super friendly. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Great place from the first minute of arrival and even before that. The reception representative called us before our arrival and asked when we would arrive, since we were checking out from the previous accommodation, we had planned to ask about early check-in, to which the reception representative replied: We are waiting for you, the room is ready. YES. 30 minutes later we arrived at Enigma Suites. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink while we checked in. A welcome wine and fruit plate was waiting for us in our room, a great start. We stayed at Enigma Suites for 5 days and I can say that all of them were great. The room was beautiful and stylish, very clean, with a great view from the window. I would like to single out the excellent service, the staff at the reception, the staff at the restaurant and at the pool bar, etc. was excellent, friendly and personal approach, Enigma Suites is lucky with staff like that. Thumbs up to you all and hope to meet you next time in Mykonos.

This property was beautiful, fresh and new. The location is a little secluded, but that was great for us. We ate several meals at the restaurant and loved them all...the breakfast is amazing.

The only thing was that the hotel is just a bit out the way of the main towns which was not that much of a problem as it was only 1.5 miles away but no paths to walk and no buses close to get so you had to walk but once in ornos you could get a bus to the old town quick.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional!! The food is amazing and the view is out of this world. The staff were amazing.

The resort is located in a very quite area of the island. Breakfast was fresh and excellent, the pool premises were very good. the team of Enigma suites was super friendly, professionals and always there for us.

There was a problem with hot water, as in the bathroom we had only hot water for two nights, however it was resolved after we reported the problem.

Absolutely beautiful, would 100% stay here again! It's a quiet relaxing hotel, staff amazing and tentative! Away from the hustle and bustle but no problems getting taxis, although expect to pay a minimum 40 euros.

Everything about the place is unique & luxurious starting from the decor of the hotel to the suite, pool and even small things like toiletries is luxurious. Everything was amazing

Absolutely everything!!! Super lush! Visited with my boyfriend and they suited our whole stay. 10/10 doesn’t do it justice, 15/10. We had the private pool villa and it was surreal. One of my favourite holidays, the aesthetics is very modern, absolutely love. They were able to do late check out as complimentary which was lovely of them. Can’t wait to visit again

From the time we checked in with Eliza it was heaven. Eliza explained everything and with a smile on her face. Kostas is the man that handles the bags which we had many that were heavy. He never complained. Also, on our last day Theodora was the sweetest. We talked for a long time. All of the staff were hard workers and made you feel special. Loved it. The food was very good . Complimentary breakfast had so much to choose from. This place was beautiful and we can’t wait to return some day. THANK YOU AGAIN ENIGMA🧡
