The staff were overly helpful after a long day travelling just wanted to get to room and you are chased for tips everywhere …

Property was stunning 🤩 very beautiful and amazing ….room was excellent 👍 great views, dinner was excellent …staff were nice . Easy stopover for ferries and free transport from port helps a lot …quite a wonderful hotel

Everything ! We can’t fault anything g in our stay , as soon as the staff knew we were in our honeymoon , they have upgraded us. The staff were incredible and the service was beyond exceptional, a specific staff member ( Paris) was amazing ! We give him 20/10 when it comes to customer service. We would definitely recommend the hotel and we would be there again without a doubt

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant and great design ensuring max privacy. Great views, 2 minutes walking distance from bus-boat service that takes you to downtown Mykonos in 5 minutes for €2,--/person.

the staff are amazing, view entertaining. Zoe at the day spa was fabulous. Pool area was relaxing and well catered. Highly recommend this hotel. Form check in to check out everything was seamless. Breakfast was great and so much variety.

Genuinely can not think of a single reason.

Absolutely spectacular! Couldn’t have asked for anymore! Our hotel assistant was Iona and she was absolutely fabulous! Nothing was too much and she made whatever we wanted happen!! A floating breakfast- don’t worry we will do it, reservations at Zuma and Scorpios- I got you! We had actually pre booked other places but she suggested these and my goodness did we have the best time!! She is just perfect for her job and is actually an asset to the hotel! There were 7 of us in total and the lady in the spa adjusted us all in before our floating breakfast with a smile on her face. Absolutely faultless stay!

The hotel was right across from the waterfront and had a marvelous view. It was a little inconvenient to get to old town to shop and eat. That being said, if you don't care about shopping and trying a variety of restaurants, this hotel has a great spa, a large heated saltwater pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and so many other amenities. They also offer a courtesy van to old town in the evening. Overall....best hotel we stayed in on our trip!!

Liked everything!! Would have happily spent more time at this lovely hotel. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Terrific view, clean, comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was great!!

Leaving!

We felt like we were on an episode of the White Lotus (without any of the bad parts)! The Riviera is the epitome of luxury. Everything exceeded expectations from the beautifully appointed and spotless rooms, very clean private hottub, and of course the best part of the hotel- all of the genuinely kind and helpful staff constantly trying to ensure your stay is nothing short of magnificent (and it was). If you're debating on where to stay stop looking! Book your holiday here and you will have no regrets. Thank you to ALL of the staff (manager, receptionists, wait staff, maids, bellhops, drivers, etc etc) at the Riviera for a truly memorable vacation. All of your hard work and kindness was both noticed and appreciated. We will be back!!
