Little away from any attractions, so ine should either make arrangements for car rentals or utilize the hotel vehicles.

Exceptional service, hospitality and cleanliness. The staff are incredible, the facilities well kept and there is great attention to detail. The spa is excellent. Pool is great and comfortable beds with super service if you require refreshments. Breakfast is incredible.

We stayed for 6 nights at the Palladium Hotel on Mykonos. The rooms, facilities, décor and ambience were all at the expected 5 star level. What made this an exceptional stay was the staff and the service they provided. They were the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. They always greeted you with a smile and made sure everything was to our absolute satisfaction. The concierge team and drivers (Thanos, Johnnie, Panos and John) went above and beyond to help resolve any issues, including ferry cancelations. We felt extremely safe with them behind the wheel on the narrow and winding Mykonos roads. The reception team (Georgia and Nikos) made us feel welcomed and serviced any enquiries quickly and professionally. The breakfast, pool bar and lunch teams (Nicole, Anna, Sidorela, Panagiotis, Sindri, Anuki and Vladimir) made sure we were quickly served and remembered what we usually ordered. They were very proactive and attentive to our needs – not once did we have to ask for service. The staff made this stay something we will always remember – it was emotional to say goodbye. We highly recommend this hotel.

Not very original, but I was really sad that I could only stay one night at this in many ways impressive hotel.

To me the staff was the highlight of the hotel, which says something, as the amenities the hotel has to offer are unsurpassed: I even got an upgrade which meant I had my own little swimming pool! The breakfast. The cleanliness. The apartment itself. The boss/owner should be very grateful to have the sweetest and prescious personalities within his staff who even managed to give me the feeling that I have a somewhat special meaning to them, not at all in a "professional", but in a sincere, authentic, personal way.

I loved everything. The first thing you notice is how aesthetically pleasing everywhere you look is. I have never seen anywhere so beautifully finished. Every little detail is exquisite. The second thing, and most importantly, is the incredible team who work here. They were flawless. Their kindness, warmth and team work was unparalleled to anywhere I have ever stayed. I will be back and can’t wait to be greeted by a team who feel more like old friends. Thirdly, the rooms are perfect. The comfiest bed, beautiful lay out, wonderful shower and facilities I can’t fault any of it.

Wonderful grounds, the photos don’t do it justice—this was the first place where the real thing was so much better that what we expected. Incredible staff, they all know who you are and put in the extra effort to make sure your stay is spectacular. We are 100% happy we made the decision to stay here and we would return again without hesitation.

The restaurant will do with a renovation! Informed Thanos the manager and reassured us that it will be renovated at some point . Otherwise the rest of the hotel looked absolutely gorgeous

The staff was amazing! I couldn’t fault any of them . Thanos and his team could not do enough for us . Always happy to help. The service was first class to none . They made my birthday celebrations memorable! I was welcomed to a bottle of champagne and lovely decorated room with a big birthday banner . I will definitely be coming back . maybe the restaurant they could do better not sure how they planned it its very small , be prepared to eat outside the hotels there nice restaurant nearby or in town.

Unfortunately, the 7 days passed quickly. I would have liked to have stayed there for another 2 weeks. :)

I like to travel and I've been lucky enough to visit many places. But, this hotel surpassed everything so far. It has a very nice room and a panoramic view of the sea. The maids are very nice and friendly and cleaned the room every day as if we were arriving that day. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and has many choices. The hotel is close to the beach, a 10-15 minute walk away. I'll save the best for last. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. We always approached them with any questions or requests, and they ALWAYS helped us in a friendly and kind way. I would like to thank ALL hotel employees for their EXCELLENT work. Thank you for the FANTASTIC week we spent there. :) Of course, the unmissable JAMAS and Egészségetekre. :P :) @Sindri, @panagiotis, @Andreas and @Vladimir :)

All fabulous.

Everything. Stylish design. Very clean. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, bakery, deli, bus stop (to get to Mykonos Chora). Free transfer service from port or airport return. Daily room cleaning. 2 bottles of water plus tea and coffee pods stocked up daily in room. Lovely free toiletries. Staff are all super friendly and helpful and courteous, couldn’t do enough to help. Gym is great. Spa was fabulous. The pool is gorgeous, lots of day beds and sun lounges to choose from. Breakfast was amazing, huge range of hot food, breads, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, Greek delicacies, juices, coffees made to order and my husband couldn’t be happier with the made to order eggs. Restaurant food also fabulous. Our room on the 2nd floor had a gorgeous view of the pool area and across to the sea and the beach/bay. Big balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view. We stayed 4 nights. Wish we could have stayed more. Everything was fabulous. It was my 50th birthday and the hotel had a cancellation on the last day of our stay, they offered us a complimentary upgrade for our last night in a private pool suite, the room with the largest private pool. It was superb. Very nice of the manager. We loved it.
