The only thing I disliked was the shower facilities guests can use near the reception area after checking out if you're on a later flight. The facilities themselves are fine, but they really need a lock on the door. There is a toilet next door for guests to use by the outside door to this room, and the shower room itself does not have a lock. That is my only criticism of this otherwise beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are very hard working and very clean. Dennis at the pool bar works exceptionally hard and always greets with a smile.

The hotel is amazing for the value you pay. The only thing I would mention is the lack of variety for breakfast (no glutenfree/ dairy free options) and also a luggage room would be good.

The wifi was pathetic. In fact, the next day, I heard multiple guests complaining about it. The wifi showed 5 mbps but loading mail etc took a long time. There were also complaints about equipment in their rooms not working. I can't comment since I only stayed a night and didn't use anything. Though, my bathroom somehow had a giant insect in the morning, even though I had not left any windows open. The hotel staff other than Nikki seemed to have a bit of an attitude when answering simple questions like the location of the bathroom or where breakfast was being served.

I liked the location, my room and the breakfast. The hotel is located on a busy intersection and there were lots of options to eat and things to do. My room was large, comfortable and mostly clean. The breakfast the next day was very nice, with fast service, fresh food and lots of variety. Their cooking staff knows their stuff. The lady at the reception, Nikki is also worth mentioning. She was very helpful and helped with suggestions. She was even able to arrange a cab for me to reach the airport as well as taking my postcards to send.

Breakfast was made out of few stuff. Usually in Greece breakfast is very good, but this time we’ve been disappointed. Didn’t expect in Greece not to have at all at least the: olives, olive oil, feta cheese… After straggling few days with “breakfastl, we realized there are places around like “brunch and coffee” where we’ve had amazing food and coffee.

The room was nice, clean, pool was nice, a lot pf sunbeds next to the pool. I’ve appreciated the staff was coming daily to change the towels, clean everything in the room, arrange the bed. The area around the hotel was nice, full of different restaurants.

Overall a great hotel, with a central location. All the staff from the cleaners to be pool bar staff were fantastic and lovely people! Good choice of breakfast and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend and stay again!

Breakfast was good - Could have maybe been slightly better quality if I absolutely had to find something negative.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Nothing was too much for the staff. Rooms were cleaned every day with towel art left on the beds. Swimming pool is one of the best I've seen at a 3* hotel.

Loved everything

Absolutely immaculate hotel, very modern and the staff are all so friendly. Always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas so no towel games here. The breakfast was also really good. All in all, amazing value for money and we will return.
