Simply nothing to complain, everything was perfect!!

Excellent location, marvelous sunset views,very well maintained hotel!! Very complete breakfast buffet, more than sufficient. But the real jewels of this place are the staff!! Whether Maria, Stella or Julia at reception, who were always so kind and helpful - whether restaurant proposals, day trips, calling a taxi or organizing just everything around our stay - they are fairies to make your stay a perfect one. But the same to the restaurant staff (Daniel, John and their colleagues) or Kostas at the pool bar, always friendly, professional and with time for a quick conversation or quick lesson in Greek. Efkharisto to ALL of you!! Thank you for an unforgettable and magic stay at your beautiful hotel!! We hope to be back and also hope to see you any time in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or somewhere close ;)

They upgraded our room to one with a jacuzzi. The view was spectacular and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- there was a variety of different options including fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice. It was just such a relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel, very nice and large rooms; all employees very friendly; great breakfast with different offer every day; clean; all in all highly recommendable. Own secured parking lot if you have a rental car. The village itself is calm which we liked a lot. Only 15 min walking along a very nice hiking-way to Fira. We loved the hotel.

The staff is very friendly, but a few calls with requests for information did not get returned. They do try hard though. The pizza at the pool was terrible, even after we sent it back - came back the same way. Pretty expensive - might have been able to find a better value. Still a first class place with really nice rooms and amazing views.

The location is in a very nice place - Imerovigli - is the quietest of three towns (Fira, Firastefani and Imerovigli, other than Oia) on the Caldera. It is the quietest of the three and if seeking that, it's great. Fira is a zoo, Firostefani in the middle. The view from Imerovigli and this hotel is awesome - don't think Oia is any better. This hotel is as pretty as they come, including the rooms. NOTE: there are dozens and dozens of stairs/steps. This is NOT a place for physically challenged walkers. Perhaps ask for a room right near the street level if you have concerns about steps. The room and premises were immaculate. The breakfast (included) was outstanding.

it was not. 5 star hotel although you paid the price a 5 star. The water went off twice and electrics and we were advised it was a general outage but for the price being paid this should not happen. At breakfast one morning there was no tea and in the room the shower gels and mini bar were not replenished without having to ask more then once.

amazing stay! the facilities and the staff were A+. we have stayed here 3 times now and will definitely return again! the pool was wonderful, the food and drinks were fantastic and the location was perfect! the most amazing sunset views! A special mention goes to John from the restaurant. John always made sure we were happy, passed on messages to us from reception each morning at breakfast, gave us tips on Greek foods wines and Greece in general and always made the time to greet us! each morning he remembered our frappe order with breakfast! it is staff like John that make the stay that much better!
