There was absolutely nothing which I can mention.

I will start with the reception staff. We received a very warm welcome. Staff members across property were polite, always ready to help and courteous. My room was an awesome room with a balcony facing sea which enhances the overall experience. The view was splendid. Room had excellent facilities for international customers. Like usb charging, c type charging, universal sockets are some of the things to name. The hotel has 2 big swimming pools, kids pool, spa, a nice private beach with deck and shore both. It also has a chapel in the campus. They have lovely sun beds near pool as well as at private beach. You can just relax there. Best thing is they server food and drinks at private beach, pool side or on the open sun deck. Private beach is quite beautiful facing west. We took a stroll around the beach and enjoyed being there seeing the lovely sunset peacefully without any crowd being there. They have a nice and small bridge to cross the pool and that gives an awesome view to the pool. This point was quite picturesque and we did click some lovely pictures there. While me and my wife were clicking pictures my son who will jump into pool water the moment he sees it, was taken care of by hotel staff, they played with him, kept him engaged in activities so that we could click pictures. This was such a splendid gesture. Without their help it was not possible to click pictures so peacefully. Coming to restaurants, they have variety of restaurants and bar available. They server excellent and authentic Greek cuisines. We really wanted to try that and they served us with that. I enjoyed my stay. Yo enjoy all facilities it took us an entire 1.5 days. We didn’t step out for anything. It is a little Mykonos’s within Mykonos. I enjoyed being there and will always prefer to stay here whenever I visit Mykonos.

- Bad mobile reception in the room, free WiFi is provided but it is not secured. - Pool water was extremely cold (not heated) - Room is a bit cold during off season (due to using marble in the room, which in the other hand must be a big plus during hot season). The heating system provided by air conditioning is a bit noisy and lets a lot of dust entering the room. - TV : not many interesting choices, mainly news channels and some international free channels - All staff were professional. Some of them need however to add kind words to their vocabulary, such as : replying you’re welcome (when you thank them) and asking if you need anything else before hanging up the phone when you call reception to ask for something.

- Off season positives : rapid service, not crowded - Confortable bed, beautiful room and a great cleaning service - Breakfast: excellent. Fresh natural Orange Juice, salad, fruits, etc. Ariela and Anastasia in the breakfast room team were particularly very kind and helpful - Groomsman / Buggy guy Alexandros was both positive and helpful - We contacted reservation service beforehand, and the person who replied (Popi) was very helpful and arranged for us a pleasant room upgrade surprise. - The resort in general is very photogenic

Cons: The pool and hottub are not heated so we couldn't really use either. We were there in the beginning of October so it would have been great to be able to use a heated hottub. After checking into our room, we called to ask if we could upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. We were told that none were available on our first night but that something should be available on our second night and we would receive a phone call. We never heard from anyone after that and stayed in our smaller room for all 5 nights. We could tell that a lot of the rooms were being closed up for the off season. Our other hotels in Greece provided champagne on arrival and special touches as we were celebrating our honeymoon, we received no special added touches at this hotel. Some of the restaurants and bars and beach clubs that we wanted to visit were already closed for the year. The concierge woman told us not to go to Paradise Beach because all of the beach clubs were closed already but that was not true.. we went to Tropicana and had a great day. The shuttle driver Jeorges does not speak very good english so when my husband was trying to help another family get on the bus early (because they booked for a later shuttle) but ours was full, he was quite rude to him even though my husband was just trying to help the other family. We believe it was because of a language barrier.

Pros: The facilities and grounds are stunning! The beach access is amazing, the water is crystal clear. We loved jumping off the dock! The sunset was beautiful from our room, the pool and the beach. The free shuttle pickup at the ferry port and drop off to the airport were great as Uber is expensive in Mykonos. 36 euros no matter where you are going.. and we were there in the "off" season. The evening shuttle into the town centre was also convenient. The first drop off time was 6pm so I think in the later months like October when the sun is setting earlier, there should be an earlier drop off time so that you don't miss the sunset entirely. The drop off for the shuttle is on the opposite side of the old port so it is quite a walk into the town to see the sunset from little venice. By the time we arrived, the sun was already set. The breakfast is included and is delicious, there was a lot of selection.

The facilities and compliement is very good..there is beach and little port and shuttle free to mykonos town or to airport/port..the stuff very friendly, breakfast is delivious and has many variety of food..the sunset view from our room is amazing and the most important thing is bidet spray! I appreciate it soo much because hotel in europe rarely have bidet spray ☺️

The prices for food and drink are high, but to be honest it is expected for a resort of this quality. Budget almost as much for your food and drink as you are likely to pay for the room.

Wonderful views. Elegant welcome and reception. The rooms were recently renovated and displayed great care in the attractiveness and details. Bed very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and service oriented. Meals were outstanding!

Restaurants within were quite expensive but I guess to be expected in Mykonos
