The bathroom was a little difficult to manoeuvre as you needed to press really hard to flush to the toilet and I almost got stuck in the shower - maybe the door was a little stuck.

Location was great right in the middle of the old town and was easy to get to restaurants and shops all 3 mins away from the hotel. Staff were able to answer questions via the booking app if there was anything we needed to know. It felt safe and clean away from the busy streets of the old town. The place was clean and tidy. We would like to visit again soon.

Everything starting from the exceptional customer service of Katerina. She really made our experience unique and unforgettable. Always available for tips of places to visit or eat and for helping all around during our staying. The hotel itself is fantastic, placed in the heart of Chania Old town close to the best restaurants and cafe. Lovely spacious rooms with a private dreamy garden. Again thanks Katerina for everything. We’ll definitely come back.

The property is beautiful, right in the heart of the old town, in a very quiet side street. The room was clean, well maintained, well designed, just like in the pictures. The hostess, Katerina was very nice and kind and super helpful, making sure to recommend us about all the great places to visit and see. The room was cleaned every day and everything was very well taken care of. I highly recommend staying at the boutique hotel.

Hotel is in the middle of the old town, but in a nice quite place, close to best breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Room was well furnished and cozy. Towels and bed sheets were changed every day. Staff available 24/7 at your first notice.

The AC didn't work. When we first checked in the AC didn't work for hours. At first we were just unpacking so it wasn't a big deal however, after it briefly worked it stoped working in the middle of the night and it made it extremely uncomfortable as all of Europe was having a horrible heat wave. We couldn't open the windows unless you wanted to be mosquito food. We told the owner the AC didn't work and they came and tried to fix it again. However, by then the AC had not worked 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. The owner said sorry and that she was trying. However, didn't do anything to remedy the situation other than say sorry and that they would try to get someone to fix it. There is no elevator and no easy way to get to the property especially with luggage. Although it was a great location I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with disabilities or needs assistance with walking. Someone who checked in after us complained about not being able to climb the narrow stairs up to the room and had the front desk relocate her to a 0 floor room. The stairs inside the property is narrow and there isn't really anyone to help with luggage up and down the stairs. The shower is small and is a weird angle. The shower head faces the glass however the space that allows you to stand is not where the shower head is. It's an awkward angle and I'm a pretty petite person and had a hard time showering without hitting the glass walls.

Excellent location. Close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. Room was clean and property is very cute. Has an open courtyard that you can sit and relax in, great for enjoying summer nights and soaking in the atmosphere of the town. Staff was responsive and always tried their best to be helpful. Made some great suggestions on tours and really went out of their way to try to make you feel welcomed.

The room had some issues like a hole in the ceiling and some exposed nails in the bathroom. The children’s bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Katherine was incredible! The location was great. In the old city but not too close to the hustle and bustle. The room was good value for money.

From the pictures, I expected the terrace upstairs to be ready for use and equipped with a bar. Unfortunately it wasn’t. Since we stayed on the ground floor, it was quite loud in the morning when the cleaning lady started to clean the facilities.

the receptionist Katrina was great, she have us a lot of recommendations where do go and what to do and was really nice. The locations is great, just in the center of the old city. And very big room.
