The property is showing a few little signs of wear and tear but nothing of great concern.

Good location not far out from town square, cafes and port. Upstairs deck area had a fantastic view over the ocean. While the decor, facilities and rooms are a little worn overall the room was a good size - loved having the ceiling fan as an option to aircon. Seva and Tony were lovely hosts and we really enjoyed their friendly contact. The open air breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast cooked by Seva delicious.

I did not like that I was given a different room than that already booked. When I emphasised that, I was told that the photographs on booking website are just indicative. The room I was given was smaller (than that described on the booking confirmation paper) with no view and no TV set (despite the clear descriptions on booking confirmation paper).

I liked the location, the ample space of room, the limited in choices but quite satisfactory breakfast.

Needs a little maintenance. For example the plug in the bathroom basin not worked for a long time. Shelf in bathroom had broken off long ago. No shelf on shower. Fridge not effective, needs modernising. 2.4GHz wifi ran at 1mbps

Room #3. Both room and terrace very roomy. Well-equipped kitchen (except no wine glasses). Shower curtain worked well. 5GHz wifi good.

I think the building as well as the rooms could use some love :) We didn't really mind as our stay was wonderful but I can see that some things here and there need fixing.

Wonderful people owning the place, very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean Breakfast was super! Location was not bad, not directly in the village but easily walkable.

There is just one thing that I could suggest to improve: not all the beds are conformable... I am not fussy about it because I can sleep everywhere, however this might be a minus with certain customers...

This is a very convenient place. We came back here (the fist time it was 2 years ago) because we had food the place excellent and worth for money (very much so!). The owner Antonis is kind and available... We had a problem with the lights in the (double! wow!) terrace, and he solved it... The studios are in general large, very well equipped and super-cleaned... The breakfast is abundant and you can have a number of different plates made on the spot...

Whilst the room was spacious and clean there were a few bits which needed fixing and a bit of tlc but I found this really didn't affect my stay but would have made things feel a bit nicer.

Seva and Tony are both lovely hosts. Tony collected me and other guests from the ferry and dropped my bag off to me at the ferry on the day I left so I didn't have to backtrack. Breakfast is provided with a range of options - I loved the sweet crepe. The room was spacious and the bins were emptied daily and the room cleaned every few days. The view from the balcony was lovely especially the top balcony at sunset with the birds overhead. Location is at the end of the town about a 5 minute walk so it is quiet but up a hill for a mini workout. The bus around the island also stops right outside.

this accomodation would need some renovation work. But for now they are compensating with reasonable room rates and a nice breakfast, what I appreciate as I was traveling on a budget!

Big room and big kitchen space. The breakfast is delicious. Especially the salty crepes. Pet friendly. There is a small parking space next to the hotel or you can park by the roadside. Walking distance to the town center.

The mattress was a bit used. We started to feel the springs. The toilet and the washbasi in the bathroom didn't work we'll. Except this all was OK.

Bed was not the comfiest, some maintenance required in room, drawer knobs, light bulbs etc. Cistern temperamental.

Breakfast was superb, location was good even though it is at the top of the hill the views outweigh the effort to get there. We were picked up from the ferry on arrival, lovely friendly staff. Room was very good size. Fantastic value for money.

The room could use a renovation as it was a bit outdated. Although the location was very close to the center of Livadia, the property is located on the top of an uphill road which was a little tiring when travelling with a child.

Mrs. Seva and her son were very helpful and always available when we needed something, the breakfast was very good, fresh and with many options. Our room was clean. Value for money was great!

Poor wi fi signal , but the overwhelming value for money outweighed any querks , and we would go back to Seva studios anytime !

It's a very clean and comfortable room. A good breakfast is served on a terrace. Antonio is a very likeable man. He is quite obliging but is on Greek time. This place needs a little decorating especially the terrace where breakfast is served but I think he's working on it. I enjoyed my stay here and it is good value for money.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Wifi worked just on the balcony.

Breakfast was very good, fresh cooked from Toni himself. On the last day we needed breakfast very early because of the departure of the ferry and Toni cooked something just for us at 6:45 in the morning and took us to the port afterwards.

Seva Studio is a very simple but charmatic bed & breakfast :) with a very nice view! Antonis and his family are very welcoming and always helpful - hard workers - picked us up at the port when we arrived and even brought our luggage to the ferry when we had to leave. Breakfast is fresh and handmade everymorning :) - air condition was fully functional and a bless ;) - Perfect location to visit the Island ! This place has some real vibe .. it is not a fancy palace, some forniture are little dated but i personally appreciate an'original stile rather than a fake elegancy ... Sevas is for simple people that enjoy the eeasyness of the island! Totally racommanded :)
