The double bed is a bit small for two and the mattress is rather hard, but after two days I got used to it. Pillows are really tall and hard. Cleaning could be more attentive, and some appliances in the bathroom could be better maintained. It was years I had not seen a curtain in the shower - a glass door would be a fantastic improvement! (Then I went to a fancy hotel on the other side of the island and there was a curtain too, it may be a Greek thing)

Location, location, location! Lovely family-run place at one end of the beach and therefore always quiet. The proximity with the shore made me cry of joy every morning, you walk 30 seconds from the door of your room and you are swimming. The service is old-school in all the positive ways: no arrogance, no useless pricey accessories, a lot of help and respect. Mr. Stavros is very sweet and his experience in welcoming people shows in everything he does. There is not much around unless you have a car, the nearby "super"market is VERY small and ridiculously pricey, this area is for beach lovers, the water is fantastic and the beach is clean. Please Maria, Eva, don't ever put the horrible loud music all the hotels nearby impose on this wonderful beach, keep Stavros Villa's little paradise intact!

The terrace looked wonderful on the pictures but is shared with another apartment and the path to toilets and other apartments lead directly around the terrace.

Excellent location, the beach is just a few steps away. The property offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for the residents as well as a shower on the beach. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, they were extremely kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. The place is wonderful with so much love put in details like the 'mosaic designs' the colors and of course the extrardinary location straight at the beach. They also offer snacks and drinks at the bar below as well as rentable beach umbrellas (8€ a day) and a free parking place. There are a lot of bars and restaurants reachable by foot and a mini-market as well. The place and beach was quiet and nice. The staff (Maria, Eva and family) where very kind and helpful. They organized our pick-up, a rental car and gave advice on restaurants. Thank you very much for everything.

Great service, clean room, beds are hard so adding a foam topper would be very nice. Helped with arranging an airport pick up and also a rental car so that was great. Nice area and good 30 minute walk along the beach road to see all the quaint restaurants. .

Perissa is not a place with many things to do at night, but it was right in front of the sea. You can easily rent a scooter and the bus stop is at 5 minutes, like the market

Nothing. There were others that stayed that were inconsiderate of the hour and would make a bunch of noise but once they left it was peaceful!

Loved the location! The manager or owner is quite nice and a sweetheart, he is like a bouncer for the hotel and the rental chairs on beach. I rented an umbrella, two chairs and a table for 12 euro. that’s the cheapest you’ll get and it’s very peaceful and so worth it. The room was super quaint with stonework I have never seen before as the bed frame, along with, the bench near bed. can’t say enough good things. also, loves the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and listen to the waves at night!

Right on the beach, very quiet, just for family holiday. Nice owners, very helpful. Room was nice, on the budget, daily cleaned, enough space for two of us. Comfortable bed, very good wifi even on the beach in front.

We enjoyed a lot our vacations in Stavros Beach Villas. The room was very nice, clean and in a traditional look. We daily had a lot of fun on Black Beach, which is close to the building. Early in the morning the temperature was perfect for jogging to Perissa and back which I did almost every day. Mister Stavros and his team, they have been very kind, helpful and attentive to us.

The mattress of the bed in general was a bit uncomfortable. However, they did try accommodating us with a better topper for the second night.

The breakfast was decent, home-cooked. Both the hostess and her daughter were extremely polite and hospitable.

-No warm water in the evening, -Missing 2 plafond'lamps, -Internet connections breaks in the room -Despite of arrival after 22 PM, we were not allowed to stay till 18 free of charge on departure considering no guests arriving. I was asked to pay a half of day cost... unacceptable -owner saves on everything and earns on everything, - no even swimming pool I do not recommend to stay there, it is much better to pay a bit more and choose other hotel.
