There was a big water car that had to be parked right in front of our room during our stay, which was due to unavoidable circumstances:( (quite a pity but the manager explained everything to us upon checking in which was all good)

The property is one of a kind in Santorini. Amazing view from the room and the friendliest staff ever seen. They help you plan your entire stay. I would definitely plan to stay at Theanos whenever I go back to Santorini !

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing visitors need to be aware of is that you will need a car as the caves are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) from Imerovigili. But that is not really a problem as most visitors are going to be exploring the island anyway.

The location was excellent and the sunrise was amazing which we could see from the front door of our cave. The breakfast was the best we had in our entire 21 days travelling the Cyclades islands. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was the biggest and best of the 6 hotels we had stayed in during our trip around the islands. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and informative. Elizabeth was even able to arrange a hire car to be delivered to us at no extra charge and we were able to drop the car at the airport for a small extra charge to save time and money on taxis. We were 5 minutes from Imerovigili by car which is a beautiful village with very nice restaurants and a view of the famous sunset but without the crazy crowds of OIA.

You need a car otherwise, it’s complicated to visit. The 3rd room is at the top of the house and a lot of light is entering in the morning.

Elizabeth service was fantastic. She reserved for us tennis, restaurants, advised us on beautiful things to visit. Also for the jogging, it’s an incredible place. You just go up the entrance, turn on the right and 50 meters further on the left and you reach the famous walk on the top going to Oia with an incredible view, two churches, etc….

The owner is nice person, with good hospitality and who care about your comfortable stay. The place location is nice for relaxing and calm stay, without crowded streets with nice view. You can easy go everywhere by car.

The villa had amazing views of the sea, and we had a delicious breakfast spread brought to us in the backyard facing the sea everyday, which we looked forward to everyday. Even the bathroom had a window that you could look out to admire the view while showering! The villa was spacious yet cosy and the amenities were plentiful (coffee maker, oven, electric stove, kettle, even tea bags and coffee powder in the cupboards). Heated pool was also a plus, though the weather in March was a little chilly for anything more than a short dip. It is located in Imerovigli, which is just a 5-10min short drive from Fira. The place was quiet and private, away from the crowds, which we very much enjoyed. There was also a carrefour just 3 min drive away for quick grocery runs. The hosts were nothing short of amazing!! Elizabeth, the host, had given me suggestions of things to do even before my trip there. We had visited in early March, which was still the off season, so many restaurants and places were closed, and knowing this, they had prepared a list of available restaurants and wineries that were open for us to visit. Elizabeth is just a text away, and was ready to book us a taxi at a moment’s time at 8pm when we had missed our bus and was stranded in Oia. She also graciously allowed us early check in/ late check out where possible. They are simply the epitome of Greek hospitality, as Elizabeth and Albana always said to call them or text them if we need anything. We had found some ants that possibly came in through the window, and it was swiftly dealt with within the day. Staying in this beautiful villa was definitely a highlight of our Santorini trip! I would definitely choose to stay here again in a heartbeat

The only things missing in the 3 bedroom apartment were a washing machine and dishwasher.

Location was perfect - close enough to everything but far enough away to have an easy parking space and a quiet sleep. The staff were the highlight of the stay! The breakfasts were fantastic 😊

A very memorable stay in a grand cave at Theanos Caves and Suites. Unique architecture, great attention to detail, beautiful private outdoor space with heated private pool and a view of the sea, perfect for sunrise. We had a homemade cooked breakfast on the terrace with a different menu everyday. Last but not least, our hostess, Eugenia, was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly!

The property is located at a perfect location Imerovigli which makes it closer to Oia as well as Fira. The staff is really great especially their manager Elizabeth who provided us with a delicious private breakfast to enjoy by the pool.The suite interiors are quite trendy yet traditional and the view from the pool is breathtaking at sunset.

Perfect location- just 2 minutes from caldera views but quiet and private. Easy parking. The room was just as expected from the photos- beautiful, with great views. We watched an amazing sunrise! Breakfast was delicious and different each day, served on our terrace. We loved our stay here.

It was lovely overlooking the sea and being on the quieter side which was very relaxing. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and told us all about the island, recommending places for us to visit and helped to organise trips and restaurants for us. Breakfast on the balcony was perfect every morning!

Everything was just perfect! The perfect location as nice and quiet, but still close to the towns when you want the bars and restaurants. The view is stunning, the accomodation is very special, and most importantly, Elizabeth (property manager) couldn't of done any more for us. She was welcoming, kind, always on hand for anything needed, and went above and beyond sorting things for us within minutes of asking. She is a credit to Theano Suites and Villas and our stay was made that bit more special because of Elizabeths customer service. Very grateful for our time spent here for our final 3 nights on honeymoon.

Not a dislike, but the second bedroom is upstairs as an FYI!

Honestly, WOW. This was the first time my family and I have ever done an international trip together like this, and I truly cannot imagine a more beautiful way to begin our vacation. We stayed here for four amazing nights, and the reason for it being so amazing was Elizabeth! I’ve traveled quite a bit and have never experienced such an attentive and knowledgeable host. She made us feel so welcomed right away, and her suggestions and tips for food and adventures each day honestly made this trip a lifetime memory. My mom literally cried when we were leaving because of how amazing Elizabeth made our stay. I cannot recommend this place (and we got to see the cave suites too and they’re so cool!) enough. The boating excursion, the unreal dinners, all planned for us by Elizabeth, made for an experience none of us will ever forget. And it felt so nice to be able to sort of sit back and relax and know that whatever was coming would be spectacular. Thank you so much, Elizabeth!

This was a beautiful place in a quieter but convenient area of Santorini. We could walk to imerovigli center where a lot of the restaurants were. The villa had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the pool was great.
