This hotel is really a good option to guests with a car, outside of ztl, having parking space and close to the subway. The room was neat and clean enough.

Our shower broke/would not consistently heat up, meaning cold showers some early mornings. Balcony privacy was not fantastic, it was just a see through gate. Some curtains/opaque glass would be nice. Not 100% sure of breakfast times when booking, however staff informed us upon arrival. (7-10am)

The room was clean and comfy upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and had a great range of choice for any dietary requirements. Large and comfy balcony with great view. Very close to the metro to be able to access and explore all of Milan.

We arrived when it was raining and the radiator did not work in our room and hair dryer was quite weak to dry all our clothes. It was a little dissapointment that hotel does not offer any food exept a breakfast. When You are new in town and weather is not good, it is not good to be hungry. Luckily the staff was very helpful and we got to order food.

Breakfast was exellent! Staff was friendly. Good location- near a metro station. Our room was quite large and it was cleaned every day.

Our doors we very difficult to unlock. Room was a little dated and looked like it needed a good clean. Location was far from the centre however hotel is around a 5 min walk from the metro.

While the hotel's distance from the city center posed an inconvenience, the nearby metro station and bus stop provided convenient transportation options. However, our stay coincided with May 1st, a national holiday, catching us off guard when public transportation ceased early. This unexpected turn led to a leisurely 1-hour and 10-minute walk back to the hotel. Although taxis were available, they were all occupied at the time we called and required a long waiting time, so we chose to embrace the opportunity to explore Milan on foot. This unplanned adventure allowed us to immerse ourselves in the city's sights and sounds, transforming what could have been a setback into a delightful and memorable experience.

Excellent stay! Our two-night experience in the triple room was super nice. The spacious, clean room with a balcony exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. Despite not having the chance to use all the amenities like the gym and kitchen, we appreciated their availability. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver, with the staff consistently friendly and prompt in addressing our needs. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the nearby metro station made exploring Milan effortlessly accessible. Highly recommend!

While it was appreciated that there were new furnishings, the place still feels a bit dated for a 4 star hotel. Not able to close door to room after toilet completely (not the main door) as the vent will make noise.

Room was very big for 2 person and there were adequate supplies with room make up every day. Staff was nice and helpful especially when we had to check in earlier than stipulated time and check out early in the morning.

The bathroom. The shower was very dirty even though I bet it was cleaned. It was quite disgusting to be honest. The bathroom in itself had good utilities but still, very very used and not a clean shower.

The hotel was really lovely, extremely comfortable and with a very good sized room + a huge balcony. It was also extremely close to the metro and a supermarket, which was so convenient.

Only a short trip to the centre on the metro, but this was so easy to do.

The room was a great standard and they upgraded us for free. There was lots of things in the room like toiletries to use, amazing space and the view from our room was amazing.

Shower could have been cleaned slightly better but it wasn't terrible for sure. Wifi was not the fastest, it was pretty slow in fact.

Good location and plenty of restaurants in the area as well as supermarket with great variety of choices. Room was kept clean, so very satisfied with housekeeping. Walking distance to metro and just few minutes to Milano Centrale or Duomo.
