Positive section of review
We are staying at the Grace apartment. Entering the building is very spacious and bright, with two elevators available. It's also close to popular attractions, and there are several bus stops nearby that can take you to tourist spots. If you take the bus from the train station to the room, you still need to walk a bit to get there.

The bathroom lacks a drainage hole and exhaust fan. Without a shower curtain, bathing easily causes the floor to become wet. The kitchen floor is sticky. There isn't enough toilet paper or napkins. I suggest increasing the quantity based on the length of the guest's stay. The heating is centrally controlled by the building and can only maintain a constant temperature of 19 degrees. The room's air conditioner has a heating mode. Despite contacting customer service to resolve the issue, the heating mode cannot be activated properly. I hope that in the future, someone from the team can personally assist and provide detailed instructions on how to use the appliances.

Good value for money. I was suprised by authentic atmosphere of old building. A lot of stairs down and up, dome-shape ceilings. Very friendly receptionists. Many tourists from different countries stay there with whom you can easily communicate in the kitchen and/or share breakfast.

Classic design and decorations, nice aesthetic. Spacious and good lightning. Staff is nice and kind. Close to Vatican and a metro station; with lots of nice cafe and restaurants around this neighborhood, also there is a big supermarket nearby.

Hot water is not hot enough. Staff here tried to fix it, then it worked a bit better but still not ideal.

Host Alda was really nice and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, amenities were just right, including with a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee pods, sweets and bottle of water. Good water pressure in bathroom.

Bed-side tables can be improved. The bathroom is a bit small but ok, perhaps the water heater can be bigger since its hot water capacity is limited (can barely accommodate 2 people that need to shower after each other).

We booked a superior room and was given a family room with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our cases after check out which was a great help.

The location is good for the station but a little further out for the main attractions. The shower was very small and it was difficult to stop it leaking onto the floor.
