Had some issues with the hot water and two of the three showers but they were resolved. While it was a minor inconvenience you do have a bit of a walk to take out the trash and recyclables.

It met our main requirements of being safe, clean and comfortable. Suzanne was exceptional to work with. We had some issues with the room to start with but she was very prompt in rectifying the issues. The room is in a fantastic location. Everything is in easy walking distance including the train station. The room includes a clothes washing machine which was super helpful for us as our stay in Florence was at the midpoint of our trip. We got a kick out the tiny elevator😁.

1. The stairs. We stayed on 3rd Step and, the elevator goes up to the second. Go up with our luggage was difficult. And, climbing the stairs after a night of wine or a day of walking was the reason why it didn't give a 10.

There were some mosquitos in the room when we arrived probably from cleaners opening windows before we arrived plus it had been raining. We didn’t notice & so I got bitten. ( Just something to check for on arrival )

Perfect location. Quiet but very central to Santa Croce. Very friendly ‘concierge’ lady called Suzanne who was helpful & knowledgable.

There are steep stairs to get to the second floor, but they do have a one person elevator.

We loved the size of the two-bedroom apartment. We shopped for groceries and made breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. The location is amazing - we walked to all of the main attractions.

Nothing really but the kitchen in a cupboard was a little awkward to access. We didn’t find the light inside the cupboard until the day we were leaving.

The property was in a great location for the major attractions and had good restaurants and facilities nearby. It was quite spacious and nicely decorated. A big thank you to Suzanne who was so very welcoming and extremely helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay.

We had 2 bedroom... only 1 bedroom was en-suite... The second bathroom was down the hall. It would have been good to know this beforehand. The front bedroom had lots of street noise. Borgo Dei Greci is a very active street at all time of the night.

Very convenient location - with access to lift. Rooms are a very comfortable size. The rear bedroom in apt #2 was very quiet. Three separate air conditioner units was good.

Only one thing to consider although the building has a lift- to get to the attic apartment you have to climb a very steep and narrow antique staircase of about 20 steps. Fine for nimble people would be problem for People with mobility issues. Also quite a lot of street noise at night from people talking as they pass by .

We had the Isabella apartment for 3 or more persons absolutely charming characterful accommodation. The decor is beautiful and you get the feel of old world Florence with antique furniture and beautiful Ferragamo scarves framed on the walls. Suzanne at reception was so helpful and friendly. A lovely balcony with a view to the bell tower. So central and walkable to everything.

Noise from partying American students echoes in all night from the street. Only downside on a fantastic place.

Very small and lacked basic necessities for cooking such as salt , paper towels and coffee maker. The apartment is actually in 3 levels, not suitable for those who have trouble walking on narrow steps.

A slightly strange rubbish requirement, to take all rubbish to outside bins at the end of the stay. I would have preferred the removal of rubbish to be just anything that would not fit inside the rubbish receptacles.

Right in the centre of the city with easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Suzanne (on the desk during the day) was especially helpful and charming. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we weren't expecting 3 bathrooms - a real bonus. The small lift coped and was needed for my disabled wife and disabled friend, but only one occupant at a time and the wheelchair was too big to fit in. A great find, although possibly a little over-priced.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We did not use the kitchenette but should you wish to cook there was a small stove, some pans and a great dinning table.

The other bedroom was like an annex of the master bedroom. Why could there not be a proper bed instead of sofa bed? Carbage system was complicated: you needed to take all carbage close to river Arno containers or else pay 50 euro fine (you might want to put that info in English, too to the note in kitchen wall...)

Lovely and characterful flat in a historic building in the centre of the city. The location is perfect for walking to basically anywhere in the city and the bed was extremely comfortable.

the steep stairs after you open the room door was a surprise, but we are a group of very capable people of climbing, so not big issue for us. would be good to have a coffee machine and microwave, though the landlord has provided the coffee maker, but we are not equipped with coffee beans when travelling. Apart from that, all very good.

A surprise on this one, a very spacious apartment in the central Florance, just 3 minutes walk from the Uffizi. Very clean and comfortable bed. good wifi, lots of good restaurants near by, you can experience a modern living in the centre of the old Florance. very satisfied with this one.

The codes given to us to retrieve the keys oursleves and get into the building were inaccurate. Noone was there to help when we arrived, so we grabbed lunch and they were back by then to assist.
