The staff in the breakfast room could be a little friendlier, one older lady was very nice but we felt the others needed to remember that a lot of the clients were on holiday so a smile would go a long way.

Great location, reception staff very friendly, room good size with a very comfortable bed. Lovely balcony’s, very good air conditioning. 3 mins from central station and good metro stations. Near lots of good restaurants. Nothing much to complain about the hotel.

At the breakfast we waited quite long to receive the cutlery. The bakery at the breakfast was mediocre. No electric kettle in the room. Noticed an ant (the photo attached) in the bathroom (our room was at the 6th floor). At the same time, the room was well cleaned and towels in the bathroom were refreshed, therefore, it could be a coincidence or a more general issue with the building.

Convenient location (5 minutes walk till airport shuttle buses and the main train station), renovated rooms, very nice bathroom. Enjoyable view from the window. A wide range of options in the breakfast. Nice lobby.

The only thing I didn’t like and it’s just being picky, was the old hairdryer, it was slow and cool, not what I am used to

This hotel was a great find, close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but none available. When we had breakfast, I asked for English breakfast tea and was given an English breakfast tea bag and a small tea pot. However, the water was not boiling when the pot was filled and the tea was not as good as it should have been.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when we visited Milan. We chose it as it looked classic and is close to Central station and buses to Malpensa airport. Breakfast was good with great choice.

The room is very good, big and comfortable, we had our own little balcony, toilet and shower were very good as well, the staff were the best 😁 Breakfast was ok. The location was good, near the metro stations and the train and bus station. However, you need transportation for the Dumo center or 45 mins walk 😬

At the end of April it was quite cold and it was 14 °C in the room. From the reception I was told a story that because of Environmental Protection they are not allowed to turn on the heat at the end of April. I found it unacceptable to pay so much money for a private four-star hotel and be told that we have to sleep in the cold. Finally after more discussions they turned on the heat in the room and it was a decent atmosphere in the end.

I liked the position as it was very close to the train station and metro station with good connection to the center. The breakfast was good.

Good hotel for a quick work trip to Milan. It's located 5 mins away from the train station and the staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is good and the rooms are more than enough. It holds good value when compared to other hotels in the area.

Very close to Central station- to go to the center; airport, or to the lakes; few very good and not crowded restaurants within 10min walk- just check in google and the rating. My reccomendation Osteria Papa Nicola :) shopping street Buenos Aires also very close. Hotel itself was quite good, clean, I liked that room had big bathroom.

The aircon didn’t seem to work very well and it was quite warm when we visited. The bed was very hard but we were so tired it didn’t bother us too much! The rooms need some updating - we only had 1 plug socket which actually worked, some of the others weren’t in the wall properly.

Very handy to Milano Centrale. Shower cubicle was small but facilities were spotless. Breakfast was a delightful experience, plenty of variety and staff were excellent.

The breakfast buffet is rather “squashed” in a corner, difficult to reach the eggs station, too many sweet items.
