The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It was not a problem for us, but it may be a problem for elderly or disabled people

We loved everything. Location is perfect, close to all touristic places but also calm. The house is very clean and beautiful, beds and pillows are so comfortable, the kitchen has everyting you need, shower is excellent, we always had hot water. Our host Ilaria is very kind, helpful. We had to cancel our first reservation. They let us choose a new date even though they didn't have to. Thank you very much Ilaria for making our holiday unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. We had everything we needed for our one-week long stay in Florence. The location is great, all the main sightseeing places are reachable on foot. The owners are really kind and welcoming.

Quite a complex entry system. The stairs are a challenge but I’m fitter for it. Struggled a bit to find it but it was late and we were tired. Find the Ba’ghetto restaurant and its next door.

Comfortable apartment in great location. Quiet but very close to all major attractions. Good communication with host and nice touches like leaving a bottle of wine - much appreciated! I liked the fact that it was high up and felt very secure.

Probably one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and artisan shops close by. I was so impressed by the decor and cleanliness every detail has been thought through and it definitely felt like a home away from home. We would most definitely stay again if we return to the beautiful city of Florence

The apartment is comfortably located next to all the sights yet it's a very quiet area. It can easily accommodate 5 people and it has everything tourists might need. The host Ilaria was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent shower, plenty of towels, the washing machine was a huge plus as well. Very clean and comfortable. Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back one day.

Great 3rd floor apartment with plenty of light from many windows. No elevator but not an issue for us, but might be if you have mobility issues. We found it very clean. Fully functional kitchen was great to stay in and cook when desired. Large bedroom with plenty of storage space, with smaller 2nd bedroom which was used by our daughter for a couple of nights. Dishwasher and clothes washer included which were very handy. Large kitchen and living room was more than enough for a couple. Great bonus is the apartment is located in a fantastic neighbourhood, 150 meters from the Sant’Ambogio church and square where you’ll find an excellent café, baker for bread, and wine bars. Evenings are full with residents walking, having a gelato or a glass of wine. Around the corner is the Sant’Ambrogio market with local delicacies & an outdoor vegetable market every day. Yet you are only 1 kilometre/10-15 minute walk away from the historic sites!

The 3 flights of stairs, which was a tad, tiring after 5 days.

The apartment was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The price was fantastic. The host even left a complimentary bottle of wine. She also provided a comprehensive booklet with restaurants, attractions, and details of local supermarkets and pharmacy. Oh...and there was a washing machine which was great.

We loved everything about this apartment! It was comfortable, extremely clean, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. It is clear that this apartment is a labour of love for the host. The host was lovely, helpful and responsive. Everywhere you look, she has placed something beautiful or useful or both. This apartment was a much needed sanctuary for us; we hated to leave.

The apartment was perfect and clean. Everything is close by. The only thing is it's on the top floor, so several stairs to climb. If you have large luggage, it may be difficult. If you travel lite you are good.

Nothing it was simply perfect.

Lovely apartment, nice clean beds and decent shower. The apartment has everything you need including kitchen, oven and washing machine and fridge. Really good location to get to the main sights in Florence. Ilaria was there to meet us and show us the place. She even arranged taxis for us when we were struggling. 10/10 lovely place and host!

The main challenge we encountered was the absence of an elevator. The apartment is situated on the third floor without lift access, making it difficult to carry our luggage upstairs.

The location of the place is superb and it is immaculately clean. It is meticulously arranged and offers a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space. Moreover, it stands out as one of the few places in Italy where we had access to a washing machine and laundry facilities.

This apartment is light, spacious and has pretty street views. The location was within an easy walk of the centre, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The washing machine and the apartment in general were most welcomed after weeks of travel. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay memorable with tips on what to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It’s located on the 3-4 floor so lots if stairs with no elevator as it is an old building. However, truly small disadvantage compare to all the good stuff it offers.

it’s a beautiful apartment, the location is great as it is close enough to the main places but still in a local area near a small market with great restaurants and places to hang out. The staff was super friendly and caring. The apartment is very well maintained with all needed equipment. truly recommended!!!

The apartment is very close to all main attractions. it is spacious and very comfortable. In a crowded city like Florence it gave us a space to relax. The owner was extremely helpful and available at all times to answer any questions we might have. If we ever go back to Florence, we will definitely try to book this one again.

PERFECT apartment for us while visiting Florence. The host is very helpful to recommend restaurants for local food. We went to two restaurants and LOVE them, not tourist restaurants and enjoyed delicious food. The apartment is well equipped with love and care. Beds are so comfortable and so are pillows. Very cozy apartment, just like home! Smart TV is a plus for my children after a long day walking and visiting. Wash machine is also a plus for travelers. Coffee machine with capsules are there. We did not cook but the kitchen is well equipped. Overall is the best place of our Italy trip and will definitely be back to stay here whenever we are in Florence. Miss this host and apartment so very much!

Great location! Central enough but quiet at night, great eateries and cafes in and around the neighborhood. The apartment is very cute and well facilitated - it had everything we needed. We both needed to work during our stay, there's a desk in the bedroom and of course the dinning table, perfect for couples who want to work remotely from Florence. Wi-fi was amazingly fast. Very spacious bathroom as well.
