Secure , Safe , Central, Room was mezzanine split level, very suitable for us. Beds comfortable, excellent showers, good breakfast. Staff were multi lingual and premises near to bus and train stations.

Everything!! The interior is cute and lovely, the room and beds are big, water pressure and temperature just right, the breakfast has enough selection and coffee (including espresso) just wonderful. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Can’t find anything to complain. Don’t forget to try the candy at the front desk and small chocolate in the room. They just so tasty.

Antonella and her colleagues were very helpful as we attempted to find our lost luggage. Breakfast was ample and included a selection of food. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bed! We stayed twice, and we can highly recommend this quirky hotel

The location was very easy to find, and with a 24 hour receptionist, there were no problems or delays getting access.

The split level design wasn’t ideal but it was different and had a lovely sitting area which you don’t get in many hotels.

The Art and Jazz Hotel was perfect. Great service, great bed and pillow, the shower was amazing and the attention to detail for every little thing was amazing. The breakfast was lovely and we were even made a cappuccino. It’s quirky and it a great position with a short walk to the train and bus station. Would definitely book here again.

The approach to the hotel looked a bit run down and littered but don't let this put you off. There seems to be a local dispute about refuse collection which results in a bad litter problem everywhere.

We expected to have an early check in, but we couldn’t have the bedroom earlier than 2 pm we were very tired from traveling so not happy with that. The location felt a little weird, not secure. A nightclub in the corner which felt a little scary at night. Hot water in the shower was good for the first person but for the second one was cold already 🥶

The single room had a high level squeak that impeded sleep.

Location was good as everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Double rooms were great with an extra bed on the 2nd (loft) level of split rooms.

Greeted with a smile. Breakfast good quality and ample. TV allowed access to own Netflix and prime accounts. Toiletries very nice. Fresh water supplied daily. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

The wifi was OK but not as strong as we would have liked.

The staff were on hand 24/7 and extremely helpful The hotel was very secure. Rooms were at the back and therefore quiet. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from and fresh coffee. It was close to the railway and bus station. Nice touches included free water and 'goodnight' chocolates.

Mezzanine meant a lot of walking up and down the stairs. Small space down stairs.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great nearby restaurants. Easy walk into old town and cathedral. Nice courtyard area to sit and relax.

The room was on two levels, bed upstairs, a desk and wardrobe downstairs as well as bathroom, which could be an issue for accessibility for some people.

A quirky but comfortable room, with friendly and helpful staff, very convenient to trains and the bus terminal.

The staff are excellent and went above and beyond to help us with a problem. The room was clean and very comfortable with excellent facilities. A good range of continental breakfast foods and beverages available each morning. In fact, we decided to return on the night prior to our flying out of Sicily.

Stocked mini-fridge with water, beer and juice were all very reasonably priced. It was nice to have an extra bottle of water without feeling gouged.
