Ruffo and Francisca are very passionate and friendly. They have prepare all the stuffs we need for us. They also help us to book local restaurant. The place is cute and warm, very convenient and close to Main Street.

Perfect location, walking distance to centre and port, very close to shops, restaurants and Metro station (Toledo) right in heart of Spanish Quarter. Amazing hosts, Francesca and Ciro, who recommended great places to eat, sorted us out with swimwear for a trip to Ischia thermal baths and arranged for a taxi to the airport at 4.15am. Cannot recommend enough.

We loved everything about this place!

The apartment was super comfortable, excellent value, and right in the thick of Naples! Breakfast was great, air con was much appreciated, and it was wonderful to have Francesca nearby in case we needed anything. The place is old-school Naples - genuinely warm and oddball.

The place is very comfortable for healthy and fit people, who can walk. The place is located, 5 minutes walking up the hill from the main Toledo street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. There is no lift in the building, so it is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.

Breakfast was self-service. The refrigerator was full of food items that were necessary to prepare breakfast such as fresh eggs, several types of sausages, yellow cheese, etc. On the shelf above the refrigerator were croissants, bread, biscuits, various spreads, cornflakes, etc. Supply of large bottles of mineral water, excellent tea, and coffee, with a dedicated coffee pot. We stayed at Ruffo B&B for 5 nights. The fridge and the various groceries outside the fridge were filled with all the groceries once again during our stay, so there was always enough food for our apartment. We had to go to Naples airport at 3:30 in the morning. We asked for Francesca's help in ordering a taxi. Francesca and her husband were so generous that they booked the taxi for us and stayed up until the taxi arrived to make sure we didn't miss our early morning ride to the airport. We received many recommendations from them on where to eat and what to see, already on the first day. It's always nice to get tips from locals. Francesca, her sons, and her husband went out of their way to make it comfortable and pleasant for us to stay at their house, so we felt at home :-)

The room is in a great location and the owners are amazingly sweet and generous! After hearing that one of us is vegan, they bought some vegan products that we never expected them to buy and went to extremes to make us feel at home. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a short vacation Neapolitan style. Wonderful!

Everything was amazing. The location was perfect for visiting via Toledo, 3 minutes from the metro station, the place was extremely clean, with everything you need for toiletries and breakfast. The host, Francesca, was an amazing person and she even welcomed us with a message translated in our language. It may be a bit uncomfortable during weekends if you are a light sleeper because of the noise, but you are in the center on Naples, don’t expect still quite anywhere. I recommend it 100% to anyone.

If you would like to experience the real Napoli and real Napoletani, this is a perfect place for you! The location is central, in quartieri Spagnoli, where there are numerous restaurants, little local shops, pizzerias, everything you need for the perfect, authebtic stay in Napoli. Spaccanapoli is less than 10 minutes walk. The metro station Toledo is few minutes walk distance. The surrounding could be a little noisy, but when you close the windows you don't hear it much because the b&b is high enough. It is very well equipped, there is everything for self hygiene that you can imagine! There are 2 moka machines, coffee, sugar, various kinds of tea, stove and microwave so you can also cook there if needed. It is decorated in traditional style and perfectly clean. The hosts Francesca and Ciro are so nice and treat you like a family member. They offer you numerous advices on everything you need for a perfect stay in Napoli. Could not recommend this place more and would definitely come back!

Francesca was an excellent host, very attentive and went out of her way to make the place feel like our "home in Naples". Very well located in the Spanish quarter, right near the Maradona square (and an excellent pizza restaurant). Walking distance to Toledo shopping street, the old side of Naples and the bay. Also a handy metro station very close by. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable for a family with a 6 months baby. Francesca gave us a super baby cot where my child slept the whole night! In addition, you can leave your stroller downstairs for an extra comfort and take it whenever you need it. Great hosts and great position

We had a wonderful stay in Francesca and Ciro’s B&B. They went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. First night we encountered a minor issue regarding the shower, we told Francesca about this and she immediately called technician to solve the problem, super duper efficient! The apartment is tidy and has everything more than you actually need. We cooked one night and asked them for regional wine suggestions to pair with, this sweet couple just knocked on our door and gave us a bottle of Falanghina Campania. They aren’t treating you like guests, they are treating you like friends and families. If you’re reading this, BOOK IMMEDIATELY! The flat is fully contained with everything you need, even a few things you wouldn't of thought of. The supplied breakfast is exceptional and the hosts enquire if any extras are needed, I was only there for two days on business., however next time I'm in Naples I know where to go

Nothing wrong!!

Our stay at B&B Ruffo was simply perfect. Francesca and Ciro were extremely welcoming and took us in like you would with family. They gave me all the information I needed for our stay and many great recommendations of what to do/where to go in Naples. The position is perfect, in the heart of Naples and everything is easy to reach. The room itself is spacious with high ceilings (perfect for 2 people) and was so clean that we could directly smell it upon entering. Anything you could possibly need was already in the room (even Netflix!). Francesca and Ciro live right next door and they were extremely available for anything. For example, if what was in the breakfast basket was not what we wanted, we could reach out to them to ask for something else. Another proof of Francesca's kindness is that one day I unfortunately got my wallet stolen in the bus so as soon as I told them they offered me a bottle of wine and taralli napoletani - so kind!!! Our stay at B&B Ruffo was great, I really recommend it you will be very satisfied of the attention to detail and care they have for their guests :) Grazie mille Franci siete stati fantastici, vi mando un grande abbraccio e alla prossima!!!

Everything was perfect! B&B is located so close to all restaurants, bars and in the middle of touristic city centre, but suprisingly in a quiet street. I felt there as at home ❤️ Room is big, there is also a private kitchen and bathroom so You have a lot of space. The owners are so nice and help with everything. thank You!

Noise of vehicles and people talking could be heard at night.

The apartment was very central, close to the main shopping area and extremely cosy. We were greeted very well and given all the useful information we needed throughout. I recommend if you’re looking for a typical Italian B&B and good value for money!!
