Could hear street noise but didn’t disturb our sleep. Little hard to find.

Close to metro to get to all the sites. Clean and comfortable room. Parking was inexpensive but a 3-5 min walk away. Close to several options for restaurants.

For me everything was ok, but there’s a construction going on at the moment so if you would like to sleep longer you would be woken up but a loud banging, that didn’t affect us much as we where up early and out all day. Also we stayed during the week, I guess on the weekends the should be no noise.

Excellent location not far from the city centre. Clean room, bathroom. Easy check in and out.

There were some minor repair issues and icy floors. But it is extremely easy to turn a blind eye to this, given the overwhelming number of pluses.

The location is perfect! The best hotel in Milano for the price. They really helped us with our problem, even though it was Saturday at 10pm when they're officially closed. We also loved the restaurants nearby. There are metro and bus stations within 5 minutes and (!) the best coffee shop/bakery next door. We absolutely loved it. The room was clean and simple. The bed was super comfortable.

They asked more taxes from us ,we send them e mail ,they denied it ,they said they didn t recieved all our messages ,we claimed it to the booking .com ,also we asked for 2 seperated beds ,the gave us a big bed ,the room was too small ,if you have a big luggage you can t put in the room ,no shampows also

Clothes dryer in the bathroom did not work in both rooms. we were told that it will get warm automatically, but it never got warm.

How we were only given one key and it had to be put in the card slot behind the door. The room was quite cold since there is a temperature limit and cold tile. There were lots of noises from pipes and vents and other outside factors which were out of the properties control.

Although BellaMi was technically within the city boundaries it was a 30 minute walk at least to the city centre. There was no information in the room about local transport, trams or buses. That would have been really useful to us.

It was basic but clean. Towels were changed and room cleaned every day. The safe was useful to put valuables in a safe place. Having a fridge in the room was good. There was a bakery a couple of doors away to get pastries for breakfast.

Very slow wifi, I was constantly losing the signal. Also, if it’s a 2 person room, why only one chair by the countertop?

Room was very small but ok. Everything is like in the photos. I’ve sent a message to the property vis wpp and an automatic reply told me that if I needed something urgent I will need to send an email, I am still waiting for their reply…

Property is around 300m away from Metro which makes it really easy to get to the city center, to get to Duomo station it takes around 15 minutes. Room was very clean

The AC has a minimum limit of 22 so it was a little bit hot inside the room. We had window but didn’t open curtains because the room is at a street level.

Good price quality relation. Very easy to find and access, automatic entrance with all instructions given by chat. The room was confortable and very clean. Location is good, 20 minute walk to the Duomo and in a very nice neighborhood full of restaurants.

The wifi only worked for a few minutes, I had no internet. There was a door missing from the shower cubicle and there was a bit of water on the floor. We needed to leave our luggage at the location until the evening because we had a late flight, but we didn't manage to get in touch with anyone on that email, nor for the problem with the internet.

The beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious room, with everything you need and in a quiet area quite close to the metro (Tricolore station) and the tram. The fact that you can check in if you arrive after midnight is a big plus.

BellaMi was very close to bus stops and the metro which made it easy to move around. If you prefer to walk, it is only 20 minutes away from the Duomo which is brilliant!
