There was no light at the desk. I had to do my writing sitting on the bed. Price for value was not so good, but I understand that Milano is an expensive city (but I live in New York City!) I've stayed in budget hotels in other cities (less important ones) that were more spacious.

I chose the hotel because of its location, i.e. close to the train station. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

I think we can't mention something we didn't like.

The location close to the main central station was only a few minutes walk. The people of the hotel are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is really very good and everything one wants is there. We took the terravision bus from and to the airport, it stops by the central station.

Rooms are a bit small. Just enough space to walk around the bed.

The hotel facade masks what’s inside. The lobby, though a bit tiny, all the way to the room is very clean. Elevator is small. The room fits the bed just enough. No coffee maker, just a small fridge. Bathroom is big, however, and really nice. Hot water is not a problem. About 3 minute walk to Metro and about 6-7 minute walk to Milano Centrale. There is an underground walk from Centrale to the Metro exit close to the hotel and you don’t need to walk and cross the streets above. There’s a grocery store (Penny) fronting the hotel. Staff were all very kind. Special mention is Amin and Alex, who answered all our questions and allowed us to keep our luggage after check out until we took it at 9PM before we left Milan. The housekeeping was honest and even kept few pieces of clothes my wife left in the room and gave it to us when we went back to get our things. This hotel is recommended for short stay. Bed and pillows are ok.

Loud music from elsewhere in hotel when we first arrived, but only a few minutes and didn't happen again.

Good location, 5 mins from Milan Centrale station, near to cafes and restaurants, corner stores. Comfortable bed, decent shower, WiFi. Lift to all floors, 24hr reception. Helpful and friendly staff. Fine for short stay whilst travelling. Single room.

Not very good sound proofing and room really stifling hot - bizarrely the floor was very warm all along the wall under our beds so worked against the aircon which wasn’t too effective anyway. Beds really comfortable though.

Location perfect for station and metro. 24hour reception and facility for keeping our bags until we left for airport in afternoon very helpful. Lovely shower.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

The man at the desk, I think his name was Bad? He was very friendly and welcoming. It really made our stay great! The location was close to Milano central station, only 5-10 min walk. It was really close but also felt tucked away and quiet. I liked that the restaurants were close by and seemed not as touristy! Also loved the great supermarket across the road. Nicely done up room. I was very happy, the place exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was also amazing.

The room we got was a bit small and felt cramped, the bathroom smelled a bit.

Bin lorry noisy. Woke us at 6am. Room a bit warm. On the outside the hotel doesn't look like much but provided all we needed for a 1 night stay.

For what we needed this hotel was perfect but have to admit it looks a bit tired, aircon was working but it took ages to cool down the room and most importantly the rooms are quite dark. the light was really bad. Our room had balcony so we did our makeup there , but some of the other girls from our group didn’t have balcony so it was slight struggle getting ready. The balcony we had (1st floor) was facing the road, luckily hotel is located on one of the side roads so it wasn’t noisy. HOWEVER, that balcony was very untidy with some old cigarettes buds swept in one corner, that didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t a good look.

The location is perfect! Only few min walk to the Central Station, short walk to the metro, loads of bars and cafes in the area and decent grocery shop opposite the hotel. Hotel itself was decent given the price and location. Staff was super friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. No issues with housekeeping.
