BEST HOMESTAY of my life. awesome host and hospitality provided by amedeo. House is well maintained and very clean. BED WAS SO COMFY. Toilet & bathtub was great. Amedeo did everything possible to ensure the stay was comfortable. There was everything you would ever need. Universal Adapters, good soap & bodywash, washing detergent for the washing machine, cups, cutlery, big fridge, Wardrobes. Check in Process - he was there to welcome us, showed us how to use the facilities, the kitchen counter had a bottle of red wine & some candies to welcome us. Amedeo's Food Recommendations were REALLY GOOD. The pizzeria just a few minutes away is amazing. Hospitality - there were slight issues with the electricity (we had too many appliances on at 1 time). But Amedeo was so swift to reply & resolve the issue even its late. (All Within 5 mins） Location is pretty convenient & quiet. Not exactly right in the centre, but not too far away. Overall, I would recommend the location just purely because of the Pizzeria (I'll let Amedeo introduce it to you)

Nothing not to like

We love absolutely everything about this house. Honestly 10 out of 10 ! We travel around Italy and stayed in many places but this one would be no doubt number 1. Great location next to the centre and secure car park , quiet neighbourhood. The house got everything you need and even more. Amedeo left us a bottle of great wine it was really special . House was big, clean , comfortable bed , really liked big wardrobe , washing machine and dryer was helpful plus all the washing powder/ conditioner. Complimentary coffee was great. Having bath after a long walk was very special. Amedeo just got it right all the little details in the house just made it so comfortable to stay . If you think about it my advice just book it in you will never regret .

Amadeo met us early at the apartment and took our luggage since the room wasn't ready yet. He explained how everything worked and told us to contact him with any questions. He made dinner reservations for us on two occasions, which was great. Both restaurants were close to the apartment and were delicious. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, large bathroom, and washer and dryer. Amadeo answered all our questions and was a great host. He even took us to the train station when we departed. Great place and excellent host.

There’s nothing bad about the apt except maybe more pillows would have been better for a more comfortable sleep.

Beautiful apartment with a great interior in an amazing location and it came with a washer dryer and an even more amazing host ! He met us at the apt. and was extremely helpful in letting us check in earlier. Thank you! The location was walkable to the center of Firenze and all the main museums. He helped us reserve taxis and was super fast in answering all my texts.

We loved everything about our stay.

We loved the house. We loved the tastefully decorated and sparkling clean place, the amenities, and the very helpful and kind host!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. I traveled with my mother and aunt and they kept commenting on how much they loved the place. The host gave us great recommendations on where to eat including a beautiful cafe nearby and an amazing restaurant just a couple blocks down the street. Made our stay in Firenze absolutely amazing.

This was our first time staying in an apartment and it exceeded our expectations! The owners were super friendly and helpful and made themselves available for anything we needed during our stay. The property was beautifully kept. The location was convenient for walking to the places we wanted to go.

There is NOTHING to dislike about this property. If I had to say something I guess I would say the number of keys needed to enter the property but that only eased my mind and gave me added security. This place was perfect!

EVERYTHING! Wow! Great Location, comfortable, small personal and very convenient touches for those traveling from the states. Lastly, there are no words for the host…he MADE our trip! His recommendations, his desire to please…we wouldn’t have seen and eaten as beautifully if it weren’t for him. I would NEVER stay anywhere else, I will definitely be back with my family!

Everything was indeed excellent, the apartament is spotless and has all you can possibly need, the matress is very comfortable, the shower is good, the AC is a life saver 😊 The public transport is very close and there are an amazing authentic trattoria and cafe nearby. Amedeo was extremely helpful, he provided all the info we needed. The wine, the coffee, the tea offered were greatly appreciated. Also he literally helped us a lot taking us to the airport in Bologna in the middle of the night, as our flight was very early in the morning and the trains and regular buses were not available at night.

The room is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped and they have a good selection of ingredients for cooking as well. When our host knew that we would like to make fresh orange juice ourselves, he even took time to deliver the press himself before our breakfast started! He made our day and we really appreciate that because it was the first homemade orange juice since we travelled in Italy!

Amedeo was extremely communicative and sent us premade videos of how to get the keys and open the door, where to throw the trash etc. The apartment was super clean and it seems that every little detail was thought about. Everything including the heat switches, the jacuzzi etc had instructions that were clearly labeled. The kitchen was stocked with coffees and teas and a complimentary bottle of wine 🍷. Whenever I had a question Amedeo was quick to respond. This is by far my best Airbnb/booking.com experience.

When the jacuzzi was turned on, small black particles would come out so it wasn’t very clean and we gave up on the idea of using it. It’s a shame there was no bowls for soup.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It was very quiet at night which was good for sleep. Check in and check out was very easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

one night the person in the apartment above decided to move the furniture in the middle of the night but generally very quiet. it is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of florence. I was aware of this and it was not a problem for me.

I enjoyed the stay, nice additional touches from the host like providing coffee, chocolate and wine. Host responded immediately to any queries. Very pleased with the accommodation

The host is brilliant, so much information before arrival meant check in was easy and we didn't fall fowl of the restricted streets and instead were able to park safely not far from the apartment. It is a walk into the centre but we enjoyed that and the food recommendations the host gave us for nearby were so good we went back a second time to one of them

Very comfortable, clean and good looking apartment in the center of old town within 10 min of walking from all of the landmarks. Apartment has all of the necessary facilities, AC in 2 rooms and a great bath tub + shower. The host is extremely friendly and is ready to help with everything on a short notice. Overall, very good and comfortable place for a reasonable price. Best place to stay in Florence.

The only objection is that Via S.Gallo is very long and app is on No 120 - rather long walk from the center. But parking garage is very close though.

Apartment is as shown on photos, totally equipped, very clean and comfortable. Communication with Amedeo is also excellent. Very good value for money.
