The Only thing we disliked was we had to go home.

I honestly don't know where to start. We loved absolutely everything about our time in Florence and staying in this amazing apartment. Anna is with out a shadow of doubt the best EVER Host we have ever had and I include any hotels we have stayed in all over the world. Her attention to detail and personal touch is second to none. The Appartment was Spotless and Nothing was left out , even down to leaving €4 for the laundry if needed. The Information of want to do and see in Florence and general tips was exceptional. The Tram is a 2 min walk for the Appartment and run very regularly and only 4 stops to the centre of the City. Anna is how all Hosts should be , Friendly, helpful very generous , bubbly and Very welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to book with Anna. You will not be disappointed 🥰 . It was perfect in very way.

What did I like? I have never saw so friendly and amazing hostess in my life! Lovely area, spotless clean, comfy, included all the essentials and more, to make us feel like "home". Anna takes care of everything, details how to reach city centre, POIs, local advices, etc. The tram is few stones away and takes 15 min to reach the city centre. The parking space is just behind, spacious and secure. There is elevator for the apartment and you can stop with your car in front of the building, in case you have kids and luggage. Thank you Anna for making our amazing holidays even better!

Everything was great! Apartment is clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. Only 5 minutes from the center and the trams are running every 5 minutes. There’s a great pizza place (probably the best pizza we ate in Italy) 5 minutes walking that makes awesome pizza primavera. Anna is an awesome host. She is probably one of the best hosts we ever had! Very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

The best of the best apartment I have ever been various places in Europe. Anna received to us at the apartment on time and explained of all what we needed including local information. She provided of all necessary kitchen facility including olive oil(new,disposible)..so on. Also provided many Lavazza capsules and regular drip coffee too. ( When checkout time, I felt a bit sorry I exhaused almost because I ma coffee mania). And very good and prompt communications thru whatapp when I need. The apartment space and facilities are also same as photo, very clean and spacious. She also provided some coins (Euro) for laundary I thought laundry MC was not there so she provied instead. The laundary shop and mini supermarket are also located very near ( 5min by walking). More surprisingly, smoking was possible at the balcony. She provided tour guide about Firenze by Korean. She said it's printed out after google translation. The location is just 4 metro stations from Firenze central. At the checkout time, she delivered some souvenir perfume soaps for us. For hers such welcome, myself and mywife use carefully of all facilities and keep clean situation. Next January, my son is going to Italy after his military service then I will strongly recommend this apartment for his tour in Firenze. Thanks again Anna ~.

The servis was amazing! It was really clean and ms.Anna was great! She was very nice. She had many activities for children. You would get a list of recommendations of where to eat,drink etc.The apartment was spotless, very clean. On day 2 or 3 there you would get a little box that came with a sweet note! Very nice 👍

I dont know where to start. Owner is like sunshine, she is prepared for everything, nithing is problem. Flat is cleaner And better prepared than 5star hotel. Cleaner than in hospital, big enought, with many tips where to go. I recomend it to everyone! 6stars!

Closer to tram station and clean property with all the facilities. Host Anna was really welcoming and took her time to explain us about local food places, and transport. Our daughter received lovely gift from Anna, we cant thank enough about how we were treated and welcomed. When we go back again to Florence, we will 100% rebook with Anna. Thank You again 😊

We spent very happy four days in this lovely apartment. The owner Anna established the highest level of hospitality. She thought of every single detail to make her guests feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. The score of 10 is not enough to give to this property and its owner! Every day there was some little surprise or thoughtful gesture that made us feel very welcome, and everyday Anna made us feel very special. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are incredible. The location is also very convenient, especially if you choose to use a very near-by located tram line which will take you all the way to the city center and central train station. There are a lot of supermarkets within walking distance if you choose to self-cater. It was also a pleasure to stay in the real neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, and have a peaceful and tranquil rest at night. We absolutely loved this place, and very much appreciated the owner's interest and passion towards her city. We learned a lot about Florence, and if we ever visit this great city again - this particular place would be our choice to return back to! Thank you very much again for the kindness, and making our visit to Florence so memorable!

Everything was very-very good.

The place is amazing, a new flat in a nice house with own parking which means a lot when you travel with car. The host is extremely friendly and supportive, we felt like coming to visit family. She really cared about how we feel, she suggested things to do in Florence, she showered us with small surprises all meant to make us happy. Even the people we met in the house - complete strangers - were very friendly :-) The neighborhood is just the right balance between central location (the tram station is just before the house and in 10-15 minutes you can get to the historic city center) and quiet, residential. If you are a runner, you can get to a nice, big park following the canal/stream before the house on a mostly non-paved track on top of the dam beside the canal.

Where can I start...🙌 It was the best staying of all my trips to Italy. The worm welcome from our hostess Anna even though we l had a late check in, she had a big smile waiting for us👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏 The apartment is very very organized clean and healthy since covid-19 is outhere.👏👏👏👏 The location is perfect quality neighborhood and two minutes walk from the tram.(5 minutes from centrale and 20 minutes from airport). You must go to a small coffee for breakfast before you leave near the apartment. I personally garanti if you come to Firenze choose Casa Gordigiani and you want regretted for sure.

Exceptionally super clean apartment not far from the centre of Florence. The host Anna was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information about the neighbourhood and florence city centre. The apartment came fully equipped with all cooking essentials which was nice. There is a laundromat around the corner and a supermarket across the road. The tram stops in from of the main station and it’s about 10 min ride into the centre of town. The apartment was easy to find. A really nice feel at home apartment with lots of space and a comfortable bed and lovely host.

Everything was very good

I spent 2 wonderful days and nights in Florence. Choosing Casa Gordigiani was a very good choice. Apartment was very very clean and cozy. It’s located 20 minutes walking (or a few stations by tram) from the old city and train station. You live among Italians, not in a very touristy place. I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the balcony, having a wonderful view of the city. Additionally Host Anna was a very good advice giver, was prepped for my stay giving more useful tips. I highly recommended!

Anna is the most attentive and generous host I have ever encountered. The apartment is very functional and the cleanliness is at an enviable level. Towels, kitchen cloths and duvet cover are provided in a closed bag after sanitation. For every guest! Also, the kitchen has salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee and spices. Location is great. It is the best stay I’ve had in a long time. 🩷

we wish we booked a longer stay!! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and Anna was a very welcoming host. we would book this place again for every visit to Florence. so many little details were catered for, e.g. information for local transport, restaurants, grocers, laundromat, suggested activities and foods to try. the bed was so comfortable, and the space could comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. the bathroom was very clean and the shower could be set quite high (over 6ft). the air conditioning was excellent during the hot weather.

Anna was a great host. She greeted us with a big smile, it was like we arrived to our friend home. She informed us with any changes, how to arrive to the hotel, transportation, possible strike situation etc. by whatsapp before our journey. She had prepared every details like near restaurants, meal order apps, tourist attractions and sightseeing, foods about the city and continued to advise with more when we are there. It was really helpful and precious for us. The rooms, bathroom, towels was clean. Wifi was working perfect. Since it was behind other apartment, the flat was very quite from street noise and in fact, the neighbourhood was also quiet and good place for the travelers with baby or those who want to stay away from night life. There is two tram stations just a few minutes by walking and so easy to go to central train station or airport or city center. Just a few stations away, there is a shopping mall with supermarket, restaurants, electronic store. She gave us voucher to have free breakfast in a small café in next apartment. Croissant and sandwichs were delicious. For my next travel to Florence, Casa Gordigiani will be my only choice to stay again. Thank you so much, Anna. Ciao.
