Everything was fantastic. Great locations. Very clean rooms and bathroom - Showers had hot water and strong pressure. Wifi fast and TV connects to Netflix if you’re inclined to watch in your down time. Staff were so helpful and told us great places to visit and eat in town. Even the lobby smells good. Such a great place!

The stairs to the mezzanine floor were fine for us but people with mobility issues might be anxious about them, especially if coming down them to the bathroom at night.

Behind an unprepossessing graffitied door, there was an amazingly beautiful apartment. Off this there were rooms/apartments for guests and ours was calm and quiet, a welcome respite from the wonderful frenetic energy of Naples. Plenty of room to sit and relax, and a very comfortable bed on a mezzanine floor. Everything was very clean. The host , Barbara, was lovely - kind, helpful and efficient. She suggested interesting places to visit and foods and restaurants , all of which were excellent. She gave us vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe . This was delicious.

Beautiful interior, room itself was very clean and modern. Good location right in the historic centre. Staff was very helpful - gave numerous recommendations (food, attractions, etc). Barbara was especially lovely and circled all these on a map for us with directions and also organized a taxi for us in advance to the airport early morning - the taxi stand is right next to the building so transport was easy.

Beautiful large property situated in the heart of old Napoli - quiet with kitchen facilities and within walking distance of the main sites . Our host was excellent , meeting us on arrival , giving us all of the information we needed about the apartment and the City and also contacting us in advance of our visit.

Location: The hotel is located in the student district of Napoli and at one of the most important streets for culinary adventures. Great (and extremely affordable) nightlife, wonderful restaurants and great vibe. Furthermore, most important sights are in walkable distance. The entrance of the hotel might seem sketchy if you’re not used to Napoli, but it‘s very safe and interesting to see a backyard of the city. Room: spacious, beautiful and clean. Also, very quite for Napoli. Didn’t hear anything from the streets. It was a great place to hang out after a day in the busy streets of Naples. Everything we needed was available, and both couch and bed been very comfortable. Personell: the hosts are wonderful & friendly people, who not only welcomed us warmly, but also gave us perfect tips for our trip and took time to explain the city.

It is a gem; it looks way better than in the photos. The localization is in the best place to start sightseeing. The host was very kind and gave us a lot of great tips. It was very quiet in the room. It was very tidy.

Nothing - maybe not the apartment for you if you want one level and a ground floor apartment but other trhan that, the location and the apartment were both ideal.

The property is situated in the old town and is accessed through huge, metal, graffiti covered gates, which could be daunting depending on the time of day you arrive. We arrived mid morning so no problem. We buzzed the owner Pierpaolo, who came down and let us in and helped get our cases up to the apartments. Once inside, the apartments are huge and well equipped, with a large reception area. Pierpaolo could not have been more welcoming and went out of his way to show us on the map what we should go and see, where we should eat - he booked a restaurant for us on our second night - Osteria Ippolito - which was superb. The apartment is on the first floor and our apartment had two levels - kitchen/lounge/toilet downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Very spacious and comfortable and the location could not have been better. Absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% stay here again if we go back to Naples, which is a distinct possibility!

The location is amazing! Right in the center of Napoli and with immediate access to the city center. The host is amazing and will help you with anything you might need in the city. The hotel has a huge sing on the outside to make sure to keep your head up to be sure to see it. The room is nice and clean.

There's really nothing we didn't appreciate about this stay. If the owners wanted to further boost this already incredible guest house, they could get an in-house washing machine and dryer for extra comfort. However, the next laundromat is only an 8-minute walk away, and the way there is just spectacular!

These apartments are in the center of historical Naples, right next to the "Spaccanapoli" street. The neighborhood is bustling, there's plenty of action and so many fantastic restaurants to pick from. Even though the apartments are in the middle of the action, our room (Donna Beatrice) was 100% quiet, because of soundproof windows and the bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard. We were here in January, and the heating worked nicely. Right outside of Casa Hosteno, there's a taxi stand. Going to the ferries to Capri/Ischia/Procida is ~15€, to the airport it's ~20€. The hosts are incredibly helpful, friendly, and forthcoming. We wouldn't even have had to buy umbrellas! You will be in good hands here.

Excellent service and personnel :) Incredible location in the center of Naples but the apartment is well separated so it's not noisy. We also got free breakfast as a gift of the reservation! Would definitely recommend for a leisure stay!
