The only thing I missed was a normal sized mug (at least 250ml) to make a tea.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, well equipped kitchen. The staff was very helpful, even though we communicated only via WhatsApp.

The check in process was a bit confusing as I didn’t understand that where the keys were located was actually the entrance to a series of tools including mine. But that is more of a me problem than them… Also the walls are a bit thin…

The walls are pretty thin, so it is a bit noisy. We woke up early in the morning for street noises or other voices from guests or tenants. We missed mosquito nets from the windows, we were bitten by some, leaving itchy marks on us. Otherwise, everything was fine!

It was clean & tidy, neatly equipped. There’s a coffee machine and refrigerator in the common area. We also received coffee capsules. The host is nice and the automatic check-in is great for those of arriving late due to travelling issues.

The room could not be any smaller: my partner and I struggled to move around and get to the bathroom. The photos misrepresent the rooms by using wide angles and light effects. In reality, the double room was very small and dark, dusty, and the bathroom was so narrow that getting up from the toilet without hitting my head on the facing wall was a challenge. We had to open our suitcases on the bed, using the top cover (which clearly does not get washed between every client) and store them under the bed. There are no fabric curtains, only metal ones, so we could either flash the facing building or get dressed in the dark. When I brought up the issues with the property who simply replied they were sorry I did not "get it" from the photos, that they clearly showed the size of the room and that I should have booked a larger unit if I wanted more space. In terms of security, there is very little. To start, the neighbourhood did not feel safe, with garbage littering the ground and almost all walls being tagged. During the day, both the complex and building doors remain wide open - although there is a portiere, he has no way of knowing who has access and who doesn't so people just walk in. The units are accessed through a simple straight key and the locks could easily be picked, but if someone wanted to enter our unit, however, they probably could simply kick the door in. The noise in the street was reduced by the metal curtains, but within the apartment, the walls are basically cardboard. On our second night, we heard our next-door neighbours chat past midnight and the next morning, they were in the kitchen at 6:30am making coffee and listening to the news on their phone. The rules of the B&B are posted nowhere and so nobody knows about quiet hours and sharing spaces. To finish, there is no breakfast provided, even though it is advertised. This place is basically a rip off - go somewhere else.

The place is located near a metro station, which made going around Rome more manageable. There is a cafe next to the building and a dry cleaner on the other side.

There was no hot water, you were lucky if you got 5 minutes of a WARM shower, we were told the problem was fixed when it wasn’t. The kitchen doesn’t work so if you want to eat you HAVE to go out. You NEVER meet these people, I think that’s fishy as it’s jut easy money like here’s everything but they don’t even bother meeting you in person. There was so much dust under the bed that clumps had started to form, it was disgusting and when this is brought up they say what everyone would who is trying to make money “ that’s never happened before” but it was enough dust that it was like it hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. I wouldn’t recommend absolutely anyone to stay here, €243 for this? Maybe worth 50 at best
