Overall, I didn't find any significant shortcomings and would definitely recommend this place.

The welcoming at the property was excellent, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The on-site market offers very reasonable prices which was a pleasant surprise. The music-themed room was not only comfortable but also a lot of fun, making for a unique stay experience.

I couldn’t get the washer/dryer combo to work and the directions were confusing. If you’re like me and hate to travel with dirty clothes, be sure you get a full tutorial from the staff.

The property is so nice and unique. Very spacious. We were greeted by a staff member earlier than the check-in time and were able to go ahead and gain access to the apartment before we started our day. We received snacks, water and a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and location was wonderful. I asked for top sheets for the beds and extra towels. They were waiting for us when we returned. I left my cell phone and the property manager is graciously mailing it to me. Great customer service!

No complaints! As I said, it might not have been right beside the duomo, but that was perfect for us! We liked that. Stay here if you want to get away from crowds but still want to be close to everything. Don’t stay here if you don’t like walking.

We loved this apartment! We typically don’t enjoy staying in the busy tourist areas and this location was a good balance. We could walk everywhere - even from the Giardini Boboli after a really long day. We rented a car for a day trip and the location made it easy to get in and out. Leonardo and Mattia were so friendly when we arrived. They gave phenomenal recommendations for local dining and the welcome gift, which included Prosecco, was a nice touch. They are very responsive. The building is over 170 years old but the apartment itself is renovated and super clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and we even cooked a modest dinner one night. The espresso machine was easy to use and much appreciated. The bathroom is luxe. Comfy beds. 8 minute walk from Antica Trattoria da Tito (seen on Rick Steves) and Perseus. We also appreciated the convenience of bag storage while we explored Florence before taking our train. Overall, I highly recommend - in fact I already recommended this place to my brother who is visiting Florence in a few months. The value is terrific.

Amazing. I have many good things to say about this place. The owner met us at the place to let us in and was very kind and welcoming. You can always tell when the owners truly take pride in their places. Our place was decorated nicely with a music theme and jukebox. It was quite inside despite being centrally located. The shower was also nice and large. It's been the best Airbnb we've stayed at on our trip and we plan to stay again when we come back.

It was perfect. Immaculately clean, very comfortable, and the location was great. It was also probably the most professionally run properties we have had the pleasure of staying at. Super organized and friendly managers! Perfect in every way. Lots of great touches - coffee and OJ and a torte provided in the room, and I loved that there were bottles of wine and other things available to buy for the apartment as well.

The washing machine was kinda broken. It wouldn't be opened after the program was done. The landlord sent someone to fix it but somehow it was still locked. We have to do another 10-min program to open it every time.

A warm and comfortable apartment to stay in. Leonardo, the landlord, is very professional and thoughtful. He provided more than we needed. Besides, he replied to the message and fixed the problem efficiently.

The apartment was the perfect size for a family of 5. Our hosts welcomed us with even some wine and snacks which we all appreciated. We also were allowed to leave our luggage in the building for a few hours after check-out while we waited for our train departure time.

The beds/pillows were slightly hard/uncomfortable but this is probably just a personal preference. The shower leaked and sprayed over the shower curtain when on full and caused the bathroom to become very wet.

The host was very welcoming, friendly and informative. The apartment was clean and the host left some complimentary items which were very welcome after a long journey. The music features added an extra fun element to the rooms. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.

We loved how unique and spacious it was. We had the music apartment which had a jukebox. The location was great. This is not a disadvantage, but more an emergency situation - when we collected our luggage, we could not open the door lock using the same code. But the owner quickly fixed everything, we had to wait a little while the assistant came and opened the door with the key.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in the city center! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the best stay in a wonderful city! We checked in ourselves following detailed instructions from the hosts, everything was easy and clear. A bonus in the form of a bottle of Italian proseccio and sweets was a pleasant surprise. The apartment has everything you need for both a short and a long stay (all household appliances, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar). Very clean with a nice design renovation. There is a guidebook with useful instructions for accommodation and all amenities around (the best places to eat, what to order and where to go), a friendly and attentive host! We were allowed to leave our luggage until the evening. We didn't see everything we wanted in one day, so we hope to come back here for longer!
