Wonderful, spacious and clean room with balcony. This hotel is in an amazing location, we could walk everywhere. Friendly & helpful staff. Our flight delay made a late check in even later, but communication from Mario was fantastic, making it a smooth process. Breakfast in the little cafe around the corner was a lovely touch - friendly staff and great food & coffee. Highly recommend Ciao Bellini.

The location is simply amazing, in the heart of a cool part of the city center. The room is clean and everything you need is there and Mario is an amazing host. I could have stayed with him talking about Napoli and its people for hours!!

The ventilation system kept turning itself off automatically. Might have been a setting issue but it was warm enough in the year that opening the windows helped with ventilation and didn’t make the room too cold.

Ciao Bellini is 10/10. Beautifully decorated and appointed - the beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of clothing storage and the shower was lovely. It's also centrally located, the management is super friendly, and they provide a free breakfast at a lovely nearby cafe. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to return!

I liked that it was exactly as the picture showed. Check-in was complete, efficient. The gentleman who helped me was very nice. The room was beautiful, clean, bed super comfortable! The shower was really nice, hot water worked very well and quickly. It’s near the San Lorenzo neighborhood which is very fun and Teatro Bellini, quality Neapolitan theater. Excellent location.

Mario was incredibly helpful during our entire stay, helped with cabs, restaurant recommendations and tips about the city in general. I’ll definitely stay at Ciao Bellini again next time I’m in town !

The apartment was stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Lots of really good restaurants close by and easy walk to the major museums and galleries.

The room was a nice size, lots of space to put our stuff and chill out. The bathroom was also quite big and everything was really clean. The property is on top of a theatre so you will get some noise until the show ends, but it didn't bother us as we were knocked out from all the exploring! The location is really handy for a lot of the main sites and Mario was really friendly and helpful.

Be careful when you walk into the street level front door - it’s a tripping hazard at the base. That is obviously outside of the control of the b&b but something to be aware of.

The room was perfect! Mario was a perfect host and took very good care of us. He was at the b&b at 11pm to greet us! In my opinion, that is above and beyond. He made sure I had my favorite tea on hand and gave us wonderful restaurant advice. Word to the wise - if you want to visit some major attractions be sure to book in advance since they sell out. Naples is a wonderful city. Ignore the graffiti or just admire it as another layer of art. The hotel is in a great location. You will love it. The BED is wonderful with two kinds of pillows (soft and fluffy or firm).

Location was very central, room was exquisitely restored with a great walk-in shower and lovely views of surrounding buildings. Room was extremely spacious with a handy table and chairs to eat or work from and breakfast tokens for nearby cafe were much appreciated and a great way to discover the neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our time here and were most impressed by the attention to detail from our warm welcome to the bathroom amenities.
