Nothing bad with the hotel, but a bit of a walk from train station and taxis very expensive and drivers not so friendly unlike other cities in Italy.

Room very clean, location perfect to visit the ruins, breakfast excellent the view from the breakfast area amazing.

Our room was by the road and because it was a cobbled road it meant it was very noisy as the cars passed by. Breakfast was ok but very limited.

We chose the hotel because it had car parking and was close to the Pompei archaeological site. Parking was behind the hotel and had ample spaces. The hotel was directly opposite one of the site entrances. We chose a room with a balcony and view of the Pompei archaeological site. Our room was spacious and it had a balcony that overlooked the site but unfortunately our view was mainly of trees. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant.

Paid extra for a high view of the ruins but the best view is from the resturant so not worth the extra. This is only due to the trees surrounding the ruins

The location is absolutly great. The bath robes and slippers were a nice touch. The parking was closed and very secure

A pool would have been lovely. Reception staff were not very helpful when asked about public transport, they had no idea of times of buses or trains

The views from the restaurant were spectacular. Restaurant staff very helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily. Fully functioning lift!! Excellent location for the Ruins

We could have used more than 2 coat hangers

We booked an economy room which was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location easy to get to ruins, trains and town all walkable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Has a nice garden area at back. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we could say we didn’t like was the plastic and throw away cups in the bathroom. Minor point but glass cups would be more environmentally friendly.

Amazing location for Pompeii and brilliant to have hotel parking included! Pizzeria was lovely! The hotel is directly opposite a gate to the ruins of Pompeii.

Limited choices if you are dairy free. Consistency across the rooms for coffee and tea facilities varied significantly with some rooms having a kettle and others not. Quite thin walls, could easily hear conversations from the occupants next to you.

Great location for the ruins. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast room, amazing views.

The location of my accessible room, the first floor with the lift not going to the first floor.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of the hotel was fantastic. View of mount Vesuvio from breakfast room is something I will never forget

We were on the third floor and breakfast was on the fourth floor, at 7am every morning we were woken up with the banging and grinding of chairs on the floor above, which could easily be fixed by putting some fabric stick on pads to the bottom of the chair feet. A real shame when we paid hundreds of euros per night to have a stunning room but substituted it with a bad sleep.

Perfect location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and beautiful room. The room itself was perfect and exactly as in the picture!

Our room was clean but very basic, it was more like a hostel room rather than a four star hotel. The kettle was difficult to fit in the electrical sockets as were our travel adapters. There was no tea or coffee provided in our room just a kettle and, bizarrely on the first night one sugar sachet & a thin wooden stirrer but nothing on our second night. There was a balcony but no chairs provided to sit on it.

Location was excellent and the breakfast room view was wonderful. The room and bathroom were clean.
