The street around can be noisy if you open the windows, but nothing major.

The suite is elegant, historical but practical with excellent facilities, very comfortable bed, with catering facilities if required. Unbeatable location right in the centre of Florence. Apartment is located on a quiet street but 30 second walk from the busier streets. Room was spotless and modern. There’s a lift for luggage too. Owners available to meetup and chat on what’s app if anything is needed

Everything about the apartment is first rate. Excellent location, nice bed, kitchen area and shower room. Roomy, awesome views from the 4th floor windows, use of a reliable lift. The host Lorenzo is excellent; friendly and responsive at all times. He met us at the door when we arrived in the rain. Entry instructions were provided clearly. I highly recommend staying here.

It was a very good size, comfortable and excellent location for exploring the city. Recommendations had been provided which we found really helpful for finding great meals out and Lorenzo was on hand for anything we needed. The apartment had been recently renovated and was very modern and clean, and the building was really secure

When i booked my stay, honestly i didn’t really noticed that its not a hotel, and that was my fault. There is no reception or house keeping but I didn’t know that( or didn’t notice) but the manager tried his best to help

The room was a bit too warm for us, and the sign on the thermostat instructed us not to adjust it. The second night we were there happened to be a Saturday shortly before Christmas, and partiers in the street below were very loud all night -- until 5 a.m. We had had a very quiet night the previous evening and a great night's sleep, and we realize the property cannot control the entire neighborhood. We also found the all-electronic entry system a bit challenging at first, because we are not very technically adept. But we got the hang of it!

Our room was fantastic! Truly luxurious. Spacious and spotlessly clean. It had every possible amenity to make us comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel was central to our ability to enjoy much of the best of Florence in a relatively short stay. The staff of the Dimora - Le Torri was top notch at communicating with us and being responsive to our needs. We can also highly recommend Bierreria Centrale, a tiny and charming restaurant tucked into a narrow street a block or two from the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner and fabulous wine there one evening.

The initial access was a bit tricky b/c of the remote locking system, but once we figured it out the first time, it was quite easy. Being on the top floor, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Not sure if this is a persistent concern, or just something while we were there. The bathroom was lovely otherwise.

The location was stellar. We room was very nice, albeit a bit small. But we chose the intentionally, knowing we would spend most of our time exploring the city. The other rooms are a bit more generous, and look lovely. The manager, Lorenzo, was very helpful. During our stay he checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. He even made a call to a restaurant that seemed impossible to get into and got us in. The dinner was the highlight of our time in Firenze.

The white bottle in the shower next to the shampoo is not conditioner, it's hand lotion. It's my fault for not reading it before putting it on my hair, but it was misleading because it was in the shower.

Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.

Spacious, modern and recently renovated apartment in the heart of Florence, half way between Cathedral and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment has views of the many surrounding towers and is yet quietly located in a side street. It was a wonderful retreat after touring the city and in between the museum visit. The kitchen is fully equipped. I only used it for breakfast due to the many fine restaurants in the close neighborhood. A definitive recommendation. I will come again when I am back to Florence!
