Location of the accomodation was very good. The room was really nice, spacious, had a large bathroom and good size bed. Good refreshment set up, De longhi coffee machine and kettle. Fridge with various drinks, selection of croissants for nibbles. The host was superb, he would do anything for you. Provided a selection of lovely pastries for breakfast at an agreed time. Really recommend this property if you are visiting Naples.

Mariano was the best host ever! From a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival to tips about what to see in the city to a beautiful room - modern and clean with a small balcony overlooking the busy Napoli streets. The warm sweets for breakfast waiting outside our door in the morning and the cappuccino machine and supplies in our room for morning coffee were excellent. Great location too! Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Napoli. Gracie mille Mariano!

Breakfast could have had some cheese and maybe something like sausages, it is continental but only with muffins. Good point is that they are prepared hot and are very tasty though, and served at desired time agreed day before

The owner Mariano is very caring and kind host, he met me at reception and explained everything in detail, also he is available for communication all the time through sms/whatsaupp to sort out any request. The room is spacious, clean and the most important thing - is quiet, minding it is a central busy loud part of Naples, so I had a very good sleep. The window facing inner yard, has small balcony. Mariano was also very kind and get me to airport, as he warned taxis in Naples maybe unreliable also in term of price. I would recommend Elegance BB and choose it again if I will be ever back there.

This place is amazing, truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Naples. The room is very spacious, beautifully equipped with first-class amenities including a gourmet quality coffee maker, plenty of towels and luxury toiletries. The host truly makes the visit with everything from helpful tips on the area, recommendations and offers to make reservations at restaurants, to bending over backwards to make sure your needs are met. His breakfasts are delicious and generous, really sets you up for a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend enough

A very warm welcome by Mariano on arrival. Great comms via WhatsApp. You can tell he is passionate, not only about his City, but also his business! The B&B is modern and finished to a very high standard. Everywhere was immaculately clean, both the reception area as well as our room. It had all the facilities you needed, nice bathroom with good shower, plus plenty of soaps, shampoos, towels etc. Also, a minibar, smart tv, a/c, good coffee machine for expresso and cappuccino’s. And as for the breakfast, homemade pastries made by Mariano himself were some of the tastiest l’ve ever eaten.

The location of this accomodation is great to explore the city. Even though it is in the centre of old town, you can escape the noise easily. The room and bathroom were extraordinarily clean and were equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our host was always available and happy to help if help was needed. Check-in and check-out times were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend this location!

Everything was good.

We were 2+ 1 kid (7). The apartment is spacious and clean. There is everything you need, towels, soap etc. Location is great with close access to metro, bus, boat, restaurants and shops. Bed is big and comfortable, bathroom is spacious. It is 4 floor with an elevator. There is a balcony great to drink a coffee in the morning with a view on the Naples street. It is university area so you will find plenty of places to relax, drink, eat and buy clothes including second hand. Mariano is the best host we have ever met. This is definately the best B&B we have ever been to. Going back to Naples I would choose the same place to stay.

The room was very clean, modern , new,spacious, comfortable and quiet. Very good spot, near centro historico and near public transportation. It was also equipped with a coffee espresso machine and all you need for breakfast. The host was super friendly, healpful and communicated well. Mariano was the best host i have ever met. I would definitely stay here again.

The proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided a delicious breakfast of baked treats. The room was very nice, modern, and clean. The location was close enough to the metro and tourist center to walk. Don't be fooled by the exterior. Naples may be covered in graffiti, but the interior of the property was lovely.

Loved everything!!!

This is not your average B & B but rather more of a 4 star hotel. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The room comes with an espresso machine, fully stocked mini bar and amazing shower. It also has a balcony with a close line which was very convenient. Mariano our host, went above and beyond to make us feel special and well cared for. He was in constant contact with us throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. We appreciated his attention to detail, breakfast service and arranging for a taxi pick up at 3:30am to get us to the airport. We highly recommend Elegance B & B while visiting Naples. The location couldn’t have been better.

The owner of the property, Mariano, was welcoming and is a very kind-hearted person. This B&B is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the shopping district and site seeing attractions. The soft warm croissants for breakfast were excellent. The best I had while in Italy. Fantastico!!

Excellent! Mariano asked us to let him know what time we wanted breakfast, then he delivered a beautiful tray of fresh pastries he made and we used the DeLonghi coffee machine to make our Cappucino!
