Leonardo was the perfect host. He met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage upstairs. The apartment was clean and spacious and location was perfect.

We couldn't get the television to work but that didn't really impact our stay (the host kindly offer to come and take a look but we didn't feel it necessary). Also some parts of the apartment were a little dusty.

Lovely friendly host greeted us earlier than planned so we could drop bags off and get exploring. The apartment was hugely spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The location was fantastic - was worried about it being noisy given where it was but it was surprisingly quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever return 😊

Great central location, walkable to all the sights. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. It was very roomy with a modern bathroom. Leonardo was very helpful on arrival.

Very minor- figuring out the light in the hallway was not intuitive so we had to do our first trip with our luggage in the dark. Also, for my American friends, the apartment says it is located on the second floor, but is what we would call the third floor. Not an issue for us but keep this in mind.

The location is great and the apartment met all of our needs. Communication was great and check-in was smooth. There was tons of information about the apartment, the appliances, the area, and recommendations which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed four nights in this comfortable, spacious apartment. Our host, Leonardo, was very welcoming and responsive. He met us when we arrived and helped carry our luggage up the two flights of stairs. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. Since no one was arriving on our departure day, we were able to leave our luggage until we left at noon. Location is great, a 20 minute walk from the train station. Very close to the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Vecchio. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike.

The location can't be beat, but I would say an unexpected awesome aspect is that the windows are interior or in a shaded area which was ideal for the hot weather. We saw many apartments facing the sunny piazza which would be hot and loud. Also, the bedroom gets dark and the bed is comfortable. Great pillows. Amazing hot water heater for shower too.

Great location in heart of Florence - easy walk to all tourist sites and restaurants outside the front door. Very welcoming host. Very clean and unusually well equipped. WiFi full fibre speed and reliable. Comfortable bed. Best property we’ve had in Italy so far.

We had a wonderful stay! Really a charming appartment, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Leonardo is a great host: accomodating and very friendly. There is a small kitchen with everything one needs to cook, a washing machine, and a functioning guitar. The airco was very comfortable during a heatwave in August. If we go back to Florence, we would definitly try to stay here again!

Leonardo was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is spacious with all upgraded and modern facilities. Complimentary snacks and water were provided on arrival. Very well stocked. In the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment is all about location! First, it was built from what was originally a convent in the 1300s--you can still see some evidence of its original function. Second, it's right in the middle of Florence, very close to key attractions such as the Uffizzi Gallery and Ponto Vecchio, but not far from the Duomo or many other sites. The street is beautiful, and full of energy! We loved cracking open the door every morning to bright sunshine, happy people and a day full of Florence's gems. Finally, it is clean, well-maintained and well decorated, with some unique character and charm. Very spacious for two, or even two adults plus a small child or two. We really loved our stay here--this was the best of our accommodations on our Italy trip.

Very spacious and great air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of extra sheets, pillows and duvets. The accommodation was really clean. It was great that extra plugs were provided to fit your phone chargers. Very central to everything you needed to visit and see. The host kept in communication with you and provided great directions to the accommodation.

The owner Leonardo met us promptly at the property and helped to carry our bags up the stairs. We found the property to be extremely clean and well appointed. It has a rich history and Leonardo has set it up very well and included a folder with lots of information about the property and the location. The property is quiet and had air-conditioning, the bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed. It is located in the heart of Florence and we had access to numerous restaurants and shopping! Leonardo left us with water and a few treats which were appreciated. When we left the property Leonardo also helped us to carry the bags back down the stairs and he walked us to a taxi rink! He is an amazing host with a beautiful property and we found that he really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Nothing but the best about this staying in Firenze. Location is extraordinary, closed (few hundred meters) from Ufizzi and Ponte Vecchio. Leonardo is a perfect host, he gave us all the information we need. Very spacious for an old building, clean, modern amenities în the bathroom, light in the bedroom, not noisy, although this apartment is closed of the center. Full of restaurants, shops, gelateria, etc. Strongly recommend. Grazie mille, Leonardo.

The property was up three steep flights of stone steps but once there everything was great.
