How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There was nothing we didn't like or enjoy about this gorgeous apartment..
The location was perfect for walking to the tourist things and food/bars. A tastefully decorated and very stylish large apartment. Washing machine was a bonus. Fully stocked kitchenette. Quality bed linen and a comfy bed. A lift was bonus to avoid 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.

The only downside was the slow elevator, but it was still convenient for bringing our luggage to the 3rd floor.
We had a wonderful stay at this modern apartment in Florence. The design is lovely, and it comes with all the amenities we needed. Cristina was very responsive to our queries and arranged an efficient valet parking service for our rental car. Though we didn't meet her in person, the check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The apartment comfortably accommodates a family of four with large luggage. Its location is excellent, being next to a tram station and very near Santa Maria Novella station.

Everything was great
The apartment is very cosy, new furnished, with nice view. It is very well located, only few minutes on foot from the Duomo and all the other sightseeing spots. Stefano and Cristina are super hosts.

There is a washer but there is no dryer.

Brilliant Location, 10 mins from the centre of Florence. The host, Christina and Owner Stefano, was very friendly and hospitable.They went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable, would 100% recommend for couple or familes travelling. We had a great time and would definitely come back and stay at this apartment if im ever back in Florence.

The apartment has an elevator access. The unfortunate thing about it is that it is very slow. Having to transport our luggages (5 luggages) from 3 storeys upon check-out when someone was using the lift was a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
The place was very cozy, clean, and new. Very apartment feels. All amenities are available. It's also very close to the metro/rail/trolley which was a huge plus. Very quiet despite it being in the corner of a very busy road. The attendant was very nice and accommodating. She was also very responsive about questions.

Stefano and Christina both contacted us prior to our arrival at the apartment and were attentive during our stay welcoming us to contact them for any needs. We met Christina at the door of the centuries old building. She explained how to use the elevator and showed us to our spacious, modern, ultra clean apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and dishwasher, a spa-like bathroom, washing machine, comfortable couch, ottoman, and kitchen chairs and large table. A comfy large bed and modern closets with lock box make this apartment a luxurious home to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. The flooring has new modern tile, the walls are white and the ceilings are ultra high with beams. Located very close to the main train station and right across from a tram station and around the corner from a car rental makes this apartment a great base for daytrips out of Florence. The new windows block out road traffic and keep the apartment insulated from heat and cold. Easy walk to city center...but located away from the crowds! We highly recommend Florence Feel Apartments and we will return someday!!!

Building elevator is a bit old, but works
Great location, very clean and contemporary, very spacious, with a lot of nice amenities. The pull out sofa bed was very nice, and having a clothes washer was great.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
Cristina was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. There was a lovely bottle Chianti and coffee in the apartment. We will be staying here the next time we are in Florence.
