Unfortunately they missed servicing our room one day but that wasnt that bad but i let them know and they apologised

Great location to access the main Milan train station where there are also fabulous eating places. Spotlessly clean, good modern little room and the breakfast is excellent - just ask for the sliced meat and cheese, and your coffee of choice. Great to have staff available and easy to find with a lift available which is a bonus. Expected some noise from the street but it was quiet with the window closed. Not necessarily the place for a longer term stay but excellent for a shorter stopover.

Lift was not working when we left so had to carry our large bags down 5 flights of stairs. Very basic lift. Shower was very small. Could hear noise from hallway.

1. i don't like the waiter or a person working at breakfast, he is not kind. he needs to learn on how intertain the custumers. 2. i don't like the outside of the hostel, the elivitator is like that not safe. 3. the building needs to repaint.

Both receptionist are so good. they assisted me and explained to me where to go and on how to use Stations. they also allow me to keep my luggaes while i'm out for last day of tour. the breakfast also was good, its meet my expectations.

If you wish to be extremely close to Milano Centrale, this is the hotel for you. It is literally right across the street from the station, which we didn't realize. While the location is convenient, this is not the neighborhood we would have chosen had we done our research. Certainly not a fault of the Folen. If you're traveling with bags and seek proximity to the station, this is the place.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and very quiet--despite being very close to the train station. We found it to be a good value. And the breakfast was good and the coffee excellent!

The staff were fantastic and I arrived at 4 am due to flight delay & lovely man at reception greeted me. Breakfast great. Location excellent. Quiet and calm place Highly recommend

The place was super clean. We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. A kind receptionist told us to treat ourselves with some food available to take away. Location right next to Milano Centrale Station (Trains, shuttles, Metro).

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room is was a good size and has very good air conditioning that is almost silent. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was also very nice. The TV also had Netflix installed. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to Milano Centrale station.

No blanket, nor duvet, no kettle. No soundproof at all.

Excellent location, a few steps from Centrale! Easy to find. The hotel is located on 5th floor of the building. Quite newly renovated floor. There is a radiator in a room so you can regulate room temperature. Safe box is in a room. Breakfast was Ok for 3*hotel.
