The room is a little tired and the TV is limited even for local RAI channels. We chose the site to see the Giro as it raced by the hotel's location , which was great, but no RAI 2 as an option to see the race which is not normal for Italy so I'd expected a little more. I get the feeling other people living at the address do not care for the hotel or it's guests. Fairly unfriendly when sharing the lift or passing one another. Not the hotel's fault but it's noticeable.

Very roomy double balcony room 4. Comfortable bed and spacious. Air conditioning was a plus, and we've been to Naples a few times, but not this area. It's a good walk into Naples and there are enough restaurants and there's a supermarket close by. The elevator is very old and a bit of an experience using it. Staff were lovely when we saw them. Its more apartment versus hotel.

The charging stations were weak, phone battery couldn't charge more than 78%. Otherwise it was good!

Absolutely good location, from over the street you can see whole Naples coast line. Good restaurants near by, very happy that I chose this Hotel for our Naples trip! The hotel had a unique elevator, wood style.

To get to most of the places (including old city center) you would definitely need a bus ride. So always get tickets in advance, because shops selling them can be closed, metro can be closed as well. Not a minus of the property but I would book something closer to the center next time.

The location in the nice neigbourhood of Chiaia is great and the apartments is good value for the money. I used a double as single room and the space was ok for me like this. Close to the suites there are nice places to dine.

Too noisy, poor soundproofing rooms, you can hear noises from the hallway, starting from early mornings.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to the seafront and the metro and bus stations.

There was no breakfast, in the bathroom the water leeks out from the cabin, but it was not a big problem.

There was no breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful part of the town, near the sea. The building is also nice. We had a room with a see view, partial but nice. The room was big, ceilings high.

The double bed was a bit small and the linen, despite clean, slightly dated. Could do with coat hooks.

We appreciated the high ceiling, hard wood floor, discreet air-conditioner and the modern shower-room. The room was cleaned and tidied to a good standard and restocked daily. The staff was caring and helpful. Excellent communication.

The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for what we needed. AC working and bed very comfortable. It was really very nice, easy to find and access. Location exactly where we needed it (near US consulate where we had an appointment). Really no complaints.

The room was clean and specious. Very clean bathroom. The staff members were also friendly and happy to help. The building, corridors, and lift all have their own style, which is very charming. Good restaurants and choices to go out to eat, metro/train station 7 minutes by foot.

The towels were not fresh, they had a scent from a spray problably, but i don't know if they were fresh cleaned. The location was a bit far from the town center, but you have a bus station about 3 minutes away.

Good price, near the sea, the lovely lady from the reception was very healpfull and welcoming. Not really great hotel, but good for the money you pay.

Once the elevator didn't work, but that's ok. That was not their fault, just the building.

I liked the easy check in, the staff was very friendly, the room and bathroom very clean. There was even a fridge in my room, and AC, which i didn't expect, so was positively surprised. I never tried the breakfast, but the coffee was good. Check out was also very easy. The location itself is beautiful, close to the metro station Mergellina with easy access to the city. A lot of restaurants are close by, and the ocean is 3 min by foot away. It was great!
