This apartment was great! Kinga was great at communicating everything and was attentive and prompt with fixing any issue. Even went above and beyond helping us with information about taxis and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment and Kinga!

bit of a walk to get to Piazza del Duomo and there was a lot of construction in the area as they expand the rail system. Was tough to figure out how to get the car to the front of the hotel to drop luggage because of the construction around the Piazza della Liberte.

Fantastic property, clean, comfortable and safe. Beds comfortable, shower large and strong. Nice kitchen. Host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Plenty of restaurants and shops along the walk to central Florence.

I have no issues with this property.

Kinga was very accommodating and patient in directing us to Kinga Cavour when our map app tried taking us to a different location and did not provide the ZTL for parking. The accommodations were well appointed, exceptionally clean, close proximity to everything including a great bar for morning coffee, and secure.

Kinga review We absolutely loved this apartment in Florence. From the moment you step through the front door you can relax after your hectic travel schedule. Beautifully decorated and centrally located, it is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay there - right down to the disposable slippers for your tired feet! The apartment has a TV (with streaming), ironing facilities, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. It is within easy walking distance to all the historical sites as well as awesome shopping and restaurants. Kinga was a pleasure to correspond with and a great host. Adjacent apartment can at times be audible for a very light sleeper but not a notable issue for most people.

We weren’t aware of the construction in front od the building. It was inconvenient for unloading and loading luggages otherwise all else was great.

Clean, close to centre, apartment was very roomy for storage and each room had their own washroom.

Nothing much to say, just maybe would be helpful for other guests if they could provide simple instructions on how to use the induction stove, as we struggled with it for a while.

Exceptional apartment, spotless, cosy and beautiful interiors! Owner was really helpful too. Highly recommended and would definitely book this apartment again if I’m in Florence again !
