Fantastic location as a base for touring close to Coliseum and Trevi Fountain/Pantheon. Comfortable room and great breakfast. David at reception was a delight. Lovely, friendly and helpful young man. A great asset to the hotel.

Staff at reception (I booked a 4 people room with bathtub and paid. Then I asked to have a room with a biew if possible as it was my bithday. They changed our room to double bed plus a sofa simgle bed (very unfortable) no bathtub. Saying this has a view. Their decision, their application, no customer view at all. BTW, there is a huge construction near hotel.

The common areas of the hotel were cramped and dark. The staff on reception were a mixed bag, from unfriendly and unhelpful (begrudgingly organised a cab for us to get to the Vatican) to very friendly and very helpful (unfortunately we only met him on the day we left, but grateful for his help arranging a cab when our Uber to the station let us down!)

Location was perfect for all of the main attractions. Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Paletine Hill all within 10/15 mins walk. Vatican over the river is a longer walk (or in our case, a short cab ride!) Breakfast was served in the cafe next door, and was of reasonable variety and quality. There is a roof terrace, which nobody tells you about (it's on the lift options). No bar or service up there but it's a nice space to sit outside.

Would have liked a nice quiet bar/lounge area to relax in with a glass of wine after the day of touring.

Breakfast finish at 10.30 If you come at 10, you will not find nothing special. Bads are very small, like for a kid, not for a normal persons.

The hotel itself is a bit odd. Very narrow ( corridors, room ). Since the hotel is located in centre of old Rome there is always something going on around it. We really couldn't have our window open because it was very noisy all through the night. Window shuts very tightly so you can have your peace but you cannot combine it with "outside" air.

The hotel is located in the middle of old Roman centre, very close to all turist attractions. Room was very clean, staff was very attentive.

Passages gloomy. The long entry passage was a bit slippery. The shower floor was lethal, we had to put a towel down to feel safe. Marble and water are not a good mix as it got very slippery underfoot.

Public hot tub area on the same floor as the terrace. It was just a bit noisy in the evening. Can't really complain about much else!

I chose this hotel for location as very close to all the main tourist attractions. It's also a good spot for shopping. The room was large with a private terrace which included a hot tub.

The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, the male staff at the reception was hitting on us (was quite creepy to be honest) and the young lady at the desk when we were leaving was quite rude when we requested to arrange our cab for us

Perfectly located in the heart of Rome, it’s near a lot of restaurants and main tourist attentions! Breakfast was hearty; room and washrooms were clean and spacious - would highly recommend it for its location and services

Advertising roof top bar with hot tub, when arrived there roof is open but no facilities no bar no music nothing also the hot tub was empty unused. However there was rented apartments on the top floor which may be reason roof top not used very disappointing under area The AC was not good atal if barely working. Had to request engineer twice over the weekend stay in heatwave 38degs heat.
