I was getting up very early and could never get really hot water in my room, no matter how long I ran it.

Nice location, a short walk from Bologna Centrale, on a reasonably quiet street. Right next door is what is judged likely the best restaurant in Bologna (Trattoria di via Serra), but you need to make reservations long in advance, so I missed that. Very nice breakfast buffet: eggs, bacon, sausages, breads, toaster, pastries, cereal, juices (but I wish they had fresh OJ). Coffee drinks to order. Easy walk to the tourist shrines and restaurant district.

I have an issue with hotels calling themselves a 4*, but you pay for every facility that should come with this ranking. You're a 3* on top of a tiny spa. The gym did not even have space for stretching, and we were charged for water in the room. That's not 4*behaviour. Also, the rooms were not great with a glass bathroom door that left nothing to the imagination. Honestly, Premier Inn has better rooms.

The reception looks nice, staff was welcoming, they had parking and it was not too far from the centre.

Noise at times. Not all rooms have been renovated yet. Is plannen for next year. The ons that have been renovated are modern and comfortable.

Excellent location, with possibility to park. Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast good value for money. Great hotel for a short city trip.

The staff was amiable and helpful. The room was nicely arranged, and the huge bathroom had a very nice bathtub. Breakfast buffet top, with a lot of different choices, very kind staff to serve us!

The room had fait smoke smell even though it is a non-smoking room already. Walls were thin, if you have noisy neighbours could be annoying.

Very close to the airport express as well as the city. Quiet quarter and a very popular restaurant just next door. Simple rooms but sufficient for weekend getaway stay.

Was a good value property in walking distance if Bologna train station. Traditional property. Basic but sufficient for us. Booked a variety of rooms. Some were amazing and some were not fantastic but gone for a short stay

Broken lavatory seat - reported to reception. Not fixed by time of departure. Room small. No shelf in bathroom to put your things or hooks to hang wet towels to dry.

Welcoming reception staff, spacious breakfast area with plenty of choice. Modern bathroom. Close to railway station and 20 minute walk to centre of Bologna.

location of hotel wasn't very nice. felt a bit unsafe for a solo female traveler, but proximity to the train was good. the room was a little loud as i could here a lot from outside and the hallway.
