A lovely artistic apartment, very comfortable and there is large space, it had everything we need. The apartment is very clean, location is great and the host was very helpful and friendly.

Since we stayed in January, it gets a little bit cold in the middle of the night. But central heating comes back again early morning. So not a big problem!

Beautiful (Dante) Apartment with a balcony. We loved everything about it, especially the host Valentina. Excellent location. You cannot miss to see Santa Maria Duomo everyday when you are getting back to the flat! It is so close to this major attraction and all other prime attractions.

The apartment is spacious! I thought it would be small rooms but no. The best stay for our Italy trip! It’s within walking distance to everywhere, less than 30min. Great recommendations from the host regarding food, transportation, attractions😊 definitely will book again when we come Florence next time

All facilities required were available. The stay had a laundry room, with washing powder, a washer and a dryer for us to use. A handy kitchen and ample storage space for food in the cupboard and the fridge. Rooms were immensely spacious, and well maintained, with pleasant decor. Valentina was a great host, very communicative and helpful whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend this place, great location to walk around to nearby shops and locations.

Nothing honestly it was perfect.

It is a beautiful location within 5-15 minute walk of all the sights. It’s just far enough away from the main squares that it isn’t busy at all hours but is still amazingly central!

The apartment is darling. Nicely decorated, clean, practical, and it met all expectations. Location is perfect, short walk into all of Florence sites. Quiet, safe, and out of the crowds. Wonderful restaurant just doors down from the entrance. we ate there twice. I would return today. It was a lovely spot to stay in Florence.

If you have a stroller and a lot of suitcases like we did, then just be prepared to carry it to the 2nd floor.

Valentino is an exceptionally good host, and she has looked after our family really well. We will highly recommend this place.

Everything was clean, tidy, beautifully presented and very comfortable. We lacked for nothing, there was stacks of coffee pods, a proper selection of glasses for all drinks and a fully found kitchen with everything required to cook in if you wished to do so. Great shower, towels fine, washing machine worked well, the beds were great with nice linen and good pillows. The AC was efficient, the wifi excellent and the double glazing soundproofed us from street noise when we wanted it. We enjoyed the location, easy walking to attractions, local restaurants were good and we got lots of notes and help from Valentina on everything

An electric kettle and a small table by the sofa to place drinks on would be very useful.

The location was superb. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The neighbourhood was very quiet but only 10 minutes from the main sites. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

The location is great. We walked to all the sites. Valentina gave us a lot of good tips and helped promptly with improving the wifi. The apartment is spacious and very nicely renovated, with modern fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water in the shower.

I couldn't say there wasn't anything I didn't like. But maybe on the website you could flag that the property is up 3 flights of stairs. It made no difference to us - but if someone had mobility issues, maybe it should be noted in some way on the website?

From the moment I booked the accommodation - the communication began with the property manager. Every question was responded to quickly and clearly. The apt couldn't have been better in terms of location, facilities and management.

On the second floor...not too bad really.

Very central position, 10-15 minutes walk to centre. Clean, spacious flat. Greeted by Valentina and everything was explained. She has literally thought of everything down to the . finest detail. Comfy bed including futon. Self catering a definite bonus, with small supermarkets nearby. Jazz club round the corner. Great communication with Valentina giving advice and support. Washer/dryer room.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but be prepared to go up 2 flights of narrow stairs... a bit tricky with suitcases hehe

Excellent host. She waited for us to arrive to give us the keys and showed us the apartment and explained everything inside. She gave us a map with all the expected monuments to see but also added information regarding supermarkets, good restaurants to go to and transport options available. The apartment itself was very beautiful, clean and fitted with everything required. The host even had the trouble to replace the expresso machine that was giving problems. Apartment excellent, host even more so!
