There are a few things that could be improved since they were worn out, but overall they weren't affecting our stay. There was some noise coming from the neighbours since staircase echoed. But then again, its a resident building so that's understandable. Nothing major.

We had everything we needed to in the apartment. The room was great, bed was comfy and spacious bathroom. Kitchen had eveything for us to cook something and easy to use. Living room was also comfy and spacious. The 2 balconies were great for the view and useful for washing and relaxing. The apartment looks great, is energy efficient, interesting lights, alot of light switches everywhere and has blinders for each window. There's 2 entrencies at the building on each street and that made access really easy. Location is great, at less than 5 minutes from Leopoldo Tram Station. Host was easy to talk to and lives right next door. We weren't bothered at all. He provided us with a binder with nomorous information about our stay, surroundings and suggestions for places to tryout.

If I were to be super critical, the 10 minutes or so hike from the tram stop to the top of the hill where the apartment is at the end of a long day. It is no big deal really.

Bright and clean apartment finished to the highest quality. Integrated dish washer and fridge. balconies, electric blinds, washing machine, memory foam mattress and pillows. Nice decor. Couldn't have asked for more. Thoughtful and helpful owners. 5 short tram stops away from centre of Florence.

The only thing that was not perfect is that the apartment is at the top of the street. It’s fine during the stay, but not so fun when you have the lugagge 😁

Struggled to get the internet to work at all times.

The property was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The host was fantastic, really quick to respond and help us in anyway she could, even with organising a taxi for one of the guests! The walk into Florence was relatively quick and very easy and there were fantastic transport links such as the tram less than five minutes away that can also take you into the city quickly.

The apartment has water heated by a boiler, so after only 3 minutes of bathing, the water cooled down completely, which prevented the rest of the group from taking a shower. At 7:00 am, an opera show began, lots of music, orchestra and the sounds of tools, drills and hammers.

We loved the location and the owner was very caring and attentive. The apartment is simply fantastic, it has a washing machine and air conditioning. The owner's reception was simply fantastic, she is very careful with all the details. It was one of the best accommodations in Europe!

Extremely comfortable and beautiful! This flat was above our expectations! The building is surrounded by amazing trees 🌲 and the room has a great view of the city. The property has modern facilities and we had more than everything we needed for an amazing stay. The owner was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The property is located in a quiet street and nice neighborhood. The city center, the train station and the bus station can easily reached by the tram T1. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was even better than we expected, the city was amazing and so was the appartment. Something that was inconvenient, though, was the fact that one has to enter the bedroom in order to have access to the bath room. It is the only thing that was a little bit annoying for the person sleeping on the couch, in the living room.

Very kind and nice people! The appartment had a great atmosphere, cosy and private. There was also a very nice balcony, with a great green view, some cats and squirrels.

The distance to city center - 45 min walking, but you have tram with direct link to center nearby so you can easy overcome this.

It was the nicest apt. from this Italy tour. Clean, spacious, modernized (very nice light switches). Also with a terrace oriented to the back yard very quiet, with tall trees and shade (also with 2 squirrels). You get also upon arrival a set of printed instructions with what/where/how to visit/eat...The host was also wonderful - full of positive energy.

Brilliant and friendly hosts. A must stay if you are spending time in Florence and want your own space. Very short walk to tramline. Accommodation was beautifully presented, plenty of amenities. Shower is amazing especially after a long day out in Florence. Evening dinner/ breakfast on the balcony was just amazing. Thank you again Silvia and Alessio you made our time in Florence so special.
