Clean, friendly welcoming staff. Beds were comfortable. Little kitchen with basic facilities. Water heater, stove, microwave. Very good for one night stay. Near center, great location.

Kitchen was too small and not cleaned enough. Bathroom was only cleaned in the mornings.

Fast check in and 24 hours reception was great. Rooms were cleaned and confy with a plug for the phones. Also some lockers were available, just bring a lock.

Everything was fine. It's not a superb place but for sure a good choice for one or two nights if you want to stay in the city center of Milan for a reasonable price for that city.

Good location. I could sleep well. The place is in the yard so there is no problem with the noise from the main street. Spacious bathroom. Lockers in the room for everyone (quite loud to be honest). Reviews on the internet are a bit too harsh in my opinion.

The kitchen downstairs is very small, we were informed about a bigger kitchen upstairs, but when the kitchen downstairs did not even have a spoon and we went to ask for it, they could not provide, so I am not sure how big that kitchen upstairs is. You cannot cook a lot since there is no cutlery, no knives, and the stove does not work with all the pans. But since we went out to eat most days it was fine!

The location was great. Only 2 minutes walk from a metro station with all the important lines. The people working there were great as well!

None of the rooms could be locked with a key. Valuables could be locked into the locker inside of the room though (bring your own lock!). There's also no luggage room available. Bags can be left somewhere around the reception where they keep an eye on it, but staff would sometimes go outside to smoke etc. and leave the reception. Still, I'd go back if I come to Milano again :)

Perfect location close to the central station, especially if you plan on doing some day trips. The room was clean and it was quiet (somewhat far away from the street). 2 kitchens available! The reception changed me to the lower bunk as I stayed there 4 days, which was very nice

I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or what, but after sleeping there for 1 night, the day after I started to feel itchy around the neck. I couldn’t stop scratching myself and after a while it was all swollen and red. I’m not allergic to anything, except for mites (like dust). Fortunately few days later everything disappeared.

It's was an okay accommodation for the value. Location was near lorento metro so u can get around pretty easily. Beds and rooms were pretty basic, at least it was clean. All in all a pleasant stay.

My cover wasn't clean and I changed it. The bathroom was flooded and there was no mop. No hand towels. No kitchen paper in the kitchen. No shared space for using.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. It had a private bathroom (for a room of 5 beds for females) The receptionist was nice and helpful

- no padlock included - lockers were rusty inside - electrical outlets were far from bed and far from ground, so difficult to charge phone if you have a small cable

I liked : - the price (20-25eu per night) - 3 beds in my bedroom, so it's okay, not too many people - soap in the showers - lockers in the bedroom (but you have to bring your padlock)

The kitchen facility was dirt, someone used and didn’t clean it properly.

The hostel is close to the metro, that is a good point and also close to the Milano centrale station. For one night is good.
