The property was clean and in a fantastic location. A quick walk from the train station. The hosts made the property feel just like home. They were so lovely and couldn’t have been anymore helpful. I would highly recommended this property for your stay.

Lots of stairs to reach the apartment but hosts assisted with helping get our bags up the steep stairs May not be ideal for those with mobility issues

Nothing - everything was wonderful.

The Little Suite Fortezza was perfect. The owners are very nice and accommodating.They provided great information on various places to go (little hidden gems) in the city in addition to the main attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay from a very comfortable bed, a stocked fridge, toiletries and washing machine. Great location - short walk to train station, about 15 minute walk to Duomo and near restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

It was quite small, but didn’t bother us as we were out a lot!

The location was excellent - close to the train station and short walk to the city! The hosts were so welcoming when we arrived and gave us loads of recommendations.

Nothing really - was great. We couldn’t find the remotes to turn on the air con which would have been helpful, but that was more about us not asking and being too busy having fun in Florence to have followed up!

Lovely apartment with really nice little touches to ensure you have everything you need. The owners were really friendly and met us on arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars etc. In a great neighbourhood for accessing everything and easy walking distance from centre of town and the tram stop.

Alessandro and Cristina waiting patiently for our delayed arrival caused by traffic jam. The appartment is very comfortable, centrally located, the hosts thinking on how to make your stay excellent providing advices, tips etc.

The property is in an excellent location to reach the main attractions even on foot. The other side of the river can also be reached by bus from the nearby train station. The facilities of the accommodation are excellent, very comfortable for two persons. The heating worked without problems. Wifi was always available. The hosts were very friendly and attentive that helped us a lot.

Absolutely exceptional in every way. Very convenient location, walkable from train station. Very well stocked with anything and everything you could need - food, drinks, toiletries, towels, slippers and more! The television in the lounge area is way too small and there were no English speaking shows to watch except BBC news only on the television in the bedroom.

Little Suite Fortezza exceeded our expectations on all levels. The apartment was fully stocked with food, drink, toiletries, extra towels and linens & slippers. Location was perfect as we were attending an event at the Fortezza Da Basso. Host was extremely friendly and even helped us get a taxi after we had checked out. Would definitely book again.

It is the cutest little suite ever! They provided everything you could need during your stay! Toiletries, snacks, etc. they were also a wonderful help when we needed to order a taxi and provided many suggestions on places to eat and visit! They are very kind and we loved staying here! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, CLOSE TO STATION, EASY TO ACCESS CITY ON FOOT. HOSTS PROVIDED AND STOCKED FRIDGE, INCLUDING WINE! HIGH STANDARD QUALITY FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. VERY MUCH ENJOYED THE SPACE. BALCONY AREA WAS VERY USEFUL TO DO LAUNDRY.

The owners are very special people. the made arrangements way above our expectation. we were traveling with a baby so they arranger a cot but more importantly they put baby shampoo, diaper bin bag, milk and other small stuff. my wife was amazed to see eye makeup remover, and so many small things which you need in daily life. the house was very clean and they added a lot of options for brekfast, food to cook and many more. overall amazing experience and a must stay place.

This apartment is wonderful! It is in a great location and the owners are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The apartment was clean and they even stocked it with some food for us. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. We truly appreciated their kindness. Bed was comfortable and noise level was low. There is a washing machine that we used and we experienced no issues with the WIFI. It is walking distance to the train station. This really is a great apartment. If you see availability, don't think it about, just book it! You won't be disappointed.

Little Suite is just an absolute gem! Christina and Alessandro are the perfect hosts. They actually came to meet us when we arrived as we were lost! Not because the apartment is not in a great location, but just because we can’t read Google maps! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and there is everything you could need and more. I can’t rate it, and the hosts highly enough. They, and the apartment only added to our wonderful stay in Florence.
