Great location. Perfect for a short stay. The shower is tiny separated from the bathroom space by a curtain circling around you as you shower. The bed was super comfortable. Staff super nice. Breakfast ok. Perfect for a short stay.

The air conditioning did not work both nights and it was so hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.

The staff were outstanding! Santiago made the absolute best soy cappuccino every day and offered me gluten free muffins! Coleen was wonderful and spent a lot of time with us.

I would take another look at the shower that did not work optimally both in terms of pressure and water temperature. Also, carpet in the room seems like a less good idea.

Tastefully decorated and in great location, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The big 10 goes to the staff. At the bar, reception, breakfast, everyone is lovely, warm, genuine. The bed is super comfy and the room space is smartly used.

I have two small comments to make. The shower was a bit too small, even for someone rather "petite" like me. The bed has a power outlet on one side only, and it was a bit of an inconvenience since there were 2 of us in the room. We all like to keep our phones next to us at night while charging. ;) However, none of this made our stay any less enjoyable!

Although I was hesitant during booking as this was a new property and didn't have many reviews, but I was very satisfied in with the end result! Location: A comfortable 10-minute walk from the Duomo. So you are not right in the center of all the hustle, yet close enough. Milano Centrale is about 20 minutes by taxi. The area is full of cafes with affordable prices which was convenient for us as we didn't choose the breakfast option at the hotel. The hotel: It's a newly refurbished hotel with a retro design and some adorable decoration items, including an actual old-style phone (Check photos)! I was also surprised by the sweetest handwritten welcome note on the bed! Thanks, team for the extra effort! The room was big enough with lots of space to fit all of our stuff. The room was very clean upon check-in, and although we only stayed there for 3 nights, it was cleaned daily. Our room was on the first floor, but the street was incredibly calm, day & night (it was not high season). The staff: 10/10. Starting from check-in (around 8 pm), they were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn't seem to have bellboys, but the reception staff helped us with the luggage (we had many), even though they had a big enough elevator. Everyone was very approachable and helpful, they answered all of our questions and helped us with airport transfers. Special thanks to everyone on duty during our stay. The hotel was lovely and we found out it had been recently opened, so there were a few snags like a kettle in the room but nothing to go with it, our room was very warm and we weren't able to adjust the thermostat. These are all things that were going to be upgraded soon (as told by staff) yet we still paid full price, not knowing it was a new hotel that was still being worked on. However the staff did communicate this once we inquired, so they were honest.

The location was perfect - it was close to all the sights but away from all the busy-ness. The hotel felt intimate and cozy, perfect for a winter getaway. The staff were very kind and helpful.

First,The lighting in the room and bathroom, which is inadequate, especially in the evenings; second, the insulation, as I stayed on the fourth floor and could still hear noise from the surrounding area; and finally, daily cleaning. Finally, the 14m room was a little small, so it would not be suitable for two travellers or those with large luggage.

Nice place to stay in Mailno. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, especially the front office agents Mateo and Silvia, who are professional in dealing with customers and are always helpful and smiling. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighbourhood close to a supermarket and various types of restaurants. It is a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Domo and Galleria, and the metro station is also nearby. The mattress was comfy. Recommended especially for budget travellers looking for a standard, practical, and good hotel to stay in.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had stubborn water stains, which negatively impacted our overall impression. The shower was quite small, and the room's overall sound insulation was poor. We could easily hear noises from the adjacent rooms. Conversations and the sound of suitcases being dragged down the hallway were not only audible but often echoed, further disturbing our peace.

During our one-day visit to Milan as part of our ten-year anniversary trip, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. They thoughtfully provided chocolates and left a heartfelt card in our room, making our celebration even more memorable.
