It was quite warm inside the room, hard to sleep, it seems the air conditioning doesn’t work in a proper way, the price is also a bit higher than it should be.

Breakfast is very good and there is provided parking place if you come with a car.

We booked a room for the night as a spot in the middle of our way from Naples to Serbia. We arrived half an hour before the pool closes and we went to the pool immediately hence I was driving for 10 hours and booked the stay so I can relax even for 5 minutes. The man at the pool said that we can not go to in because the pool is closed even though it was 20:40, I didn’t hesitate to argue hence at the reception we were told to go to the pool. Then he shifted the story that we can not go in because we didn’t have caps on our head, the water was visibly very dirty from standing above and I went in, after a couple of minutes two families came in to the pool freely with no obstruction from the pool keeper. As well from 6:30 till 7:15 the garbage truck was crushing glass just in front of our window and windows of all other guests. I did not relax one bit nor did I have ok sleep to continue driving.

Our room was quite expensive: entrance to the spa and sauna should have been included, as it happens in other hotel in the same area for the same price at the same star rating. The websites should make clearer that guests aren’t allowed to access some areas without paying a quote beyond their rate. (I found the information somewhere in the website after I got it from the concierge, but it should be stressed in the room description)

WiFi was useless! Login terrible and logs you out after 2 hours. Bathroom with absolutely no space for your toiletries around the sink.

Large and comfortable room, plugs next to bed and good lighting. Nice balcony. Quiet at night. Hotel with perfect location near train station for easy trips to nearby towns like Venice. Very nice and large spa, it even has a bar. Very friendly and efficient staff.

For the price, too little was included. The first night due to traffic, we arrived at 20:30 for the check-in. Dinner is supposed to end at 9pm, but at the reception the girl told us that it's too late for dinner, because the kitchen closes at 8:45 pm, so not even the buffet salad dinner was offered to us even if we paid for the extra. The 2nd night we could have dinner so we went as soon as they opened, but the service in the restaurant was a little too much in a hurry, trying to give us the next plates too fast and asking often if we were done with that one, so the delicious food could have been even better. The room is definitely smaller than advertised, although we had a big terrace in the first floor where people above could ash on us, and guess what? There was some construction work on top of the pool, so the workers could watch us, as well as people walking to the Spa from a corridor, so I wished for more privacy. The Shampoo and Shower gel were empty, and they didn't fill them up even if I asked the next morning. The walls had some big noticeable humidity stains which is not okay for a thermal Spa Hotel... If you're still reading this, I guess you know I did not enjoy my stay as expected, but honestly, what bothered me the most was at the checkout: After waiting around 25 minutes for the long queue at the reception, we finally arrived and the receptionist asked us how was our stay, my gf said it was nice 🙂👍🏽, and I looked at her and said: 😅🤨? So the receptionist asked me why didn't I like it? I said it's okay, but he insisted to know why. So I started telling him about the stains in the room and then he started ignoring me straight and told me I should have gotten the next higher category, but I tried to tell him that it was not nice to pay 200+€ for a night in a small room with damp stains, but he wouldn't listen and he just handed me over a little paper voucher for a 5 or 10% discount while ignoring me.

The pool was nice and warm, it's always nice to be outdoors in thermal waters. The dinner at the restaurant was really good 😊 The maitre was also very pleasant.

Barley I can call it 4 star hotel. Only suger and 2 tea bag are free in the room. Even the water u will get charged. Staff are useless, i went to the city for a business meeting from dubai, and i had to iron my shirt and they didnt have any iron and ironning table which was the first time in whole my life saw such a thing in a 4 star hotel. Even i begged the reception to help me with the matter through housekeeping department but she said supervisor is not ther, they are not available, blah blah blah. They are telling breakfast is buffet style but funny part is u cannot have ur breakfast urself and u have to ask their staff everytime to give u something. Overall was not worth of the amount i spent

Negligible things - not worth mentioning, overall impression was excellent. This was not our first visit and returning wasn't a disappointment

Everything, from check in to check out went smoothly, lovely clean, modern, room with balcony. We were half board and the food choice at dinner was excellent and of a high standard (although breakfast was expensive for what it was - €20 if evening meal is €35 out of €55 daily total ). The adjacent location to a train station is fantastic for sightseeing. The hotel has superb spa facilities, but we had so much to see and do - we barely had time to use anything.. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, most of our interaction was with the waiters and waitresses who are a credit to the impression we have of the Hotel Mioni.
